Here's a comment from an amateur drinker. This is a light, round sake with no gentle spikes. It is a soft sake that is easy to drink and refreshing, which together create a softness. I am grateful to be able to drink good sake.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. Sawanoi Dai-harakuchi is sometimes drunk casually and tastes familiar. On the other hand, this time I had the seasonal sake, which is very elegant, not too spicy, and full of umami flavor. It was very delicious. Thank you again for the delicious sake.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. This was my first Banshu Issen Junmai sake, and I had high expectations for it. It is a heavyweight with a spiciness that goes down your throat and into your nose. It was the spiciness that woke me up after a long time. The umami flavor is left in the aftertaste, which is quite difficult to achieve with this sake. We enjoyed it today as well. Thank you!

This is an amateur sake lover's comment. This sake is dry and thirst-quenching, dry and not sweet, all-around dry sake. It was a harsh sake that was too clear and had no sweetness or looseness lol. Thank you for another delicious sake today.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. It has a dry mouthfeel, and the impression is as indicated by the +8 label. It has a good weight while retaining a little acidity. The impression that it is a seriously made sake is very strong, and it is delicious. Thank you!

This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. I think the name is a heavy sake, but the easy-drinking taste and smoothness of this sake are wonderful, and its ability to adapt to its environment is undeniable. Thanks again today. Apologies for the poor photography.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. We had an unusual sake from an unusual area and it was very smooth and tasty. The sake was more spicy than tasty. It was a great sake with excellent cost performance. The store owner is in the picture, but please let it go. Thank you very much.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I had a hot Kamotsuru today. It sounds like a fine sake, so I had to drink it carefully, but I drank it quickly. It has a good balance of umami and acidity, with a hint of sweetness. I am grateful for the good price and the availability of this famous Hiroshima sake.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. Today, I had a cup of sake that was left at a standing bar run by a young owner. The sake is sweet and voluminous, with an overall feeling of doshiness. It is a well-balanced sake, including the aftertaste. Personally, I wish it was a little spicier, but I am grateful to be able to drink it.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I'm getting some sake at the store today. It is a sake where the strength of the alcohol content packs a punch without worrying about the umami or dryness. In a way, it is a masculine sake with a weight and strength that you can rely on. It is the kind of sake that tells you to think about the sake after a while. The taste is basically dry, and it is a relentlessly jarring sake that is dry all the way through. Thank you.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. It is a very mild sake with a strong rice flavor that is typical of junmai sake, and the balance is very good. The balance is very mild. The sweetness of the rice, or umami, prevails. It is a cosy sake for sipping. Thank you.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. For dry sake lovers, this is a sake with a sharpness that flows down the throat. It is a wonderful sake with a little bit of umami taste that spreads in the mouth, followed by a good amount of spiciness that flows down the throat. It was recommended by a liquor store in my neighborhood, and I can only say that it is as good as it gets. Personally, I can enjoy this sake without feeling uncomfortable because western Japan's sake suits my palate. Thank you!

This is a comment from a layman who likes to drink. It's been almost 10 years since I first heard of the sake called Kourou. It's been a while since I've had the chance to try it, and it brought back nostalgia and memories of that time together like a flashback. I drank it again, comparing it to my own tastes and preferences at the time, and it still spreads a delicious, rich and glamorous flavor in my mouth. It was a little dry, but the rich flavor and ease of drinking made it smooth and very enjoyable. Thank you.

This is a comment from a layman who likes to drink. Tsukinoi is one of my favorite sake breweries, and I enjoyed the Hiyaororo, and now I have another brand of Junmai sake called Hikoichi. This time, I had a different brand of Junmai-shu called Hikoichi. It tasted dry and spread from the mouth to the throat, flowing smoothly down the throat and leaving a slight lingering taste of spiciness at the end, which is a must for dry sake lovers. It's not too dry or harsh, and it's not too refreshing. There seems to be some controversy about the new brewer, but as I am only familiar with the new flavor of Tsuki no Ii, I really enjoyed it. Thank you!

This is a comment from a layman who likes to drink. This is a sake from Kyoto that I received as a souvenir. Junmai Ginjo Haneda, a local sake from Kitayama, Kyoto I had my own stereotype of today's sake being sweet, but this one had a strong umami flavor with a well-balanced spiciness, and I enjoyed it! Thank you, junior F-kun!

This will be a comment from a layman who likes to drink. As the name suggests, this is a hardcore junmai-shu that is worthy of the super dry taste. The spiciness is not too sharp, and the flavor is not the umami flavor of today. I've been drinking it for the past 10 years, and it's one of my favorite sakes. Thank you 😊.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. The first sip has a sweet aroma for a moment, and then a dry throat finishes. The sweetness and umami of the dry taste are also present, and even I, a dry taste lover, am satisfied with the taste.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. As the name suggests, it is dry. From the first sip, the spiciness swells in your mouth and stimulates you. It is a sake where the sweetness of the rice changes to spiciness in an instant. It is spicy enough for the dry party. This sake seems to have won Silver at the International Wine Challenge. Perhaps, if you drink it with a wine glass, you can enjoy it with a different taste.

W HIDA HOMARE Amateur drinker's comment. It is very easy to drink, has a slight aroma, and a rich taste like a daiginjo spreads to the mouth. It's been a while since I've encountered a sake with a good flavor and just a hint of spiciness. Thank you. Additional information: The meaning of "W" is Watanabe (Watanabe Brewery), World (for the world market), and finally Warai (comedy).
