This is a comment from a layman who likes to drink. This is a sake from Kyoto that I received as a souvenir. Junmai Ginjo Haneda, a local sake from Kitayama, Kyoto I had my own stereotype of today's sake being sweet, but this one had a strong umami flavor with a well-balanced spiciness, and I enjoyed it! Thank you, junior F-kun!

This will be a comment from a layman who likes to drink. As the name suggests, this is a hardcore junmai-shu that is worthy of the super dry taste. The spiciness is not too sharp, and the flavor is not the umami flavor of today. I've been drinking it for the past 10 years, and it's one of my favorite sakes. Thank you 😊.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. The first sip has a sweet aroma for a moment, and then a dry throat finishes. The sweetness and umami of the dry taste are also present, and even I, a dry taste lover, am satisfied with the taste.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. As the name suggests, it is dry. From the first sip, the spiciness swells in your mouth and stimulates you. It is a sake where the sweetness of the rice changes to spiciness in an instant. It is spicy enough for the dry party. This sake seems to have won Silver at the International Wine Challenge. Perhaps, if you drink it with a wine glass, you can enjoy it with a different taste.

W HIDA HOMARE Amateur drinker's comment. It is very easy to drink, has a slight aroma, and a rich taste like a daiginjo spreads to the mouth. It's been a while since I've encountered a sake with a good flavor and just a hint of spiciness. Thank you. Additional information: The meaning of "W" is Watanabe (Watanabe Brewery), World (for the world market), and finally Warai (comedy).

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. It has a thick taste, with a strong umami flavor and a slight acidity. It is a sake with a rich rice flavor that spreads in the mouth. There is a sweet aftertaste that lingers on the palate, but it is not unpleasant and has an aged taste. We hope you find it useful.

We had it because it was new. It is a sake that has a dry young punch and then a sweetness that runs through your mouth and down your throat. The youthfulness prevails in the taste.

These are the comments of an amateur sake lover. Please forgive me in advance. The label is unique, so I couldn't imagine what it would taste like, but when I actually drank it, the spicy taste hit my throat from the first sip. Personally, I like the taste and it makes my throat feel like a desert from the moment I drink it. If you like dry sake, I hope you will try it. We hope you find it useful.

It is a stable and solid Junmaishu. The sake is dry with a slight gentle umami flavor that comes through. Wakayama has a lot of plum and fruit wines, but I think this sake and Kido are excellent and represent Wakayama very well. This is just my personal taste, so please forgive me. Finally, on the ingredients label in the photo, there is the name of the master brewer, which is a testament to his high sense of responsibility and confidence in his work. I hope you find it useful.

It is a Junmai-shu where the umami is stronger than the acidity. It is generally classified as a dry sake, but the umami is stronger than the sourness and it is a heavy sake. It is a sake that can be savored on its own. It also has a character that can be beaten by dark dishes. We hope you find it useful.

This is an amateur comment from a sake lover. Stand Up Gokyo Gohashi Yamaguchi Prefecture Junmai Ginjo Basically a dry Junmai Ginjo. It has a smooth taste and a rich flavor in the mouth, but it is not heavy and has a good balance. As a sake-within-a-sake, it is quite an excellent sake. We hope you find it useful.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. Banshu Ikken Super Dry Junmai Super Dry Sanyo Cup Shuzo Co. It gives the impression of being a straightforward dry sake. In addition, it has a strong acidity, which gives it a sense of balance characteristic of sake made in western Japan. If my taste buds are wrong, I would be very grateful for your advice. Please forgive me if this is a personal feedback. I have been a fan of Banshu Ikken for the past 10 years, and when I lived in the Kansai region, I was able to get fresh sake and enjoyed it from season to season. Today, I enjoyed tasting it again. I have a sense of nostalgia, a sense of what it should have been like, what it should be like. However, the sake I've tasted recently has no sourness, and I've come to feel that Banshu Ikken has a strong sourness, which I thought I liked, but it's not as refreshing, and I'm feeling a bit bewildered. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this drink. I know this is redundant, but I love this drink and I personally support it. Please understand that I think it is a personal taste problem.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. Kido Junmai Sake Heiwa Shuzo Co., Ltd. Wakayama Most people think of plum wine when they think of Wakayama Prefecture, but there are many sake breweries that also make sake. The reason for the long preamble is that I have personally worked in the food and liquor industries in Wakayama, and the sake we are drinking today, Kido, I visited the brewery almost 10 years ago and met the owner, so I am writing this article with nostalgia. Especially in English, the name is KID, which is easy to remember for overseas export. The sake is dry and has a rich flavor that spreads in the mouth, giving the impression of a solid sake with a big heart. We are happy if you find it useful.

This is a post from an amateur drinker. Hidakami Super Dry Junmai Sake Miyagi Prefecture Hirakou Shuzo Co. As stated on the label, this is a dry sake. According to the advice when I bought it at the store, it is a sake that goes well with sashimi and sushi. As long as you pair it with sashimi and drink it, you will forget about the spiciness. If you taste the sake by itself, the spiciness is strong. It is a sake that is more attractive with Japanese food. We are happy if you find it useful.

This is an amateur drinker's comment. Doshin Junmai Sake degree +15 Sexy Yamamoto Yeast Yamamoto Sake Brewery Akita Pref. I was looking forward to this sake because I thought it would be dry from the name. I thought it would be dry because of the name, but it tasted great, with a strong umami flavor and a straightforward sharpness. Despite the impact of the name, it also has a gentle taste. It is true that the aftertaste is more crisp than spicy. It does not have much of an aroma, but it is a delicious sake for sipping.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. The last summer sake at the end of summer. Summer Junmai Tsukinoi Ibaraki Prefecture Tsukinoi Sake Brewery This is a dry sake with a refreshing taste like a summer sake. I heard that the toji (brew master) here moved from Hiroshima and changed the flavoring completely. I like Hiroshima sake, so I felt like I could taste it naturally. I hope you find it useful.
