Today I am tasting a different Kurogyu than usual.
It has an alcohol content of 18-19%, which is like a draft sake, and it has a punch. It is a manly and brave dry sake. The spiciness is mixed with the strength characteristic of nama-zake and everything comes out with a punch. It is a seasonal product, so it is well worth the change to try it. I am happy to be able to drink good sake again today. Here's to tonight's saké 🍶.
