This is a comment from an amateur sake lover.
Masumi has a stable flavor, but Nokase is a heavy sake that is refreshing but has depth and umami. It is generally dry, but at a mild level. It is a sake that does not lose to strong dishes. I am thankful for the opportunity to have another encounter with a delicious sake today. I am also thankful to be able to drink it deliciously and healthily. Thank you 😊
