This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I enjoy sake with a spring-like name. The spring-like and somewhat exciting taste is just a subjective comment 😁.
The taste is a little dry, medium-heavy and refreshing, with a nice taste on the tongue at the end. I'm thankful to be able to drink good sake today 😁Thanks for being able to taste it! And thank you for the treat.
