This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. Today I am tasting a different Kurogyu than usual. It has an alcohol content of 18-19%, which is like a draft sake, and it has a punch. It is a manly and brave dry sake. The spiciness is mixed with the strength characteristic of nama-zake and everything comes out with a punch. It is a seasonal product, so it is well worth the change to try it. I am happy to be able to drink good sake again today. Here's to tonight's saké 🍶.

It is a medium-hot taste surrounded by a unique aroma like a barrel of sake. It is not dry, but has a firm part. It is an aromatic and elegant sake. It was a new kind of sake. A friend from the country chose this sake as a souvenir when she came to Tokyo, and she told me that it is Yamatoya Original, a rare sake available only in Hiroshima. It is a rare sake that can only be bought in Hiroshima. It has a very strong flavor and sharpness, and is a great example of the delicious sake that Hiroshima has to offer. This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. This brand is famous in Saijo, Hiroshima Prefecture, and I tasted it because it was rare to find a dry sake. It was a crisp, light and dry sake as described on the label, and the umami flavor was thin. In a sense, it is a sake that tastes light and detached, with a certain phosphorous feel to it. This dryness is literal, and personally, I think it would be easier to drink if it had a little more umami. Anyhow, thanks for another great sake tonight! Thanks 😊

The first one I drank was the unforgettable Niimasa. From the very first sip, I could not hide my surprise at the depth of flavor and the gap between what I thought I was drinking sake and the taste of wine or green apple. It is a sake with a wonderful degree of perfection that transcends the word "delicious. I think many people would not recognize it if it were served in the form of wine instead of sake. Personally, I had the impression that nigori sake is sweet, but this Hikkami is completely different.
