This brand is famous in Saijo, Hiroshima Prefecture, and I tasted it because it was rare to find a dry sake. It was a crisp, light and dry sake as described on the label, and the umami flavor was thin. In a sense, it is a sake that tastes light and detached, with a certain phosphorous feel to it.
