This sake was recommended to me as a sake that goes well with sushi. Personally, I had the impression that nigori sake is sweet, but this Hikkami is completely different. It has a perfect balance of dryness and umami, and it is very refreshing, making it a great pairing with sushi. The fish and rice do not fight with each other and coexist well.
