The other day, I had a wonderful opportunity to taste the entire Niimasa lineup at a certain place in Tokyo. The first one I drank was the unforgettable Niimasa. From the very first sip, I could not hide my surprise at the depth of flavor and the gap between what I thought I was drinking sake and the taste of wine or green apple. It is a sake with a wonderful degree of perfection that transcends the word "delicious. I think many people would not recognize it if it were served in the form of wine instead of sake. It was an evening of tasting innovative sake. It was a day that I appreciated from the bottom of my heart. Thank you very much😊.
