This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today I am drinking the 15th Omachi Summit Honor Award-winning Nama Sake Ichisuji Bangai. It has a powerful, musky, dry, and heavy mouthfeel, just like Omachi. Here's to its strength! I am thankful for another delicious meal and healthy drinking today!

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. This is the first time I have had this sake and I am impressed by the taste, which suits my taste. It is a dry, heavy, punchy muskirin sake. It is a sake that doesn't lose to the food! It was a good encounter with a very masculine taste. I am grateful to be able to enjoy good sake and fish again today.

This will be an amateur comment from a sake lover. Today I made duck nabe for the first time in a while and enjoyed it with sake. The sake is a junmai ginjo with a light flavor and a bit of dryness typical of Masumi, which makes it a remarkably easy-drinking sake. We are grateful for the opportunity to enjoy another delicious sake tonight.

The last sake to be drunk on the three days of the year is said to be a rare sake available only in Hiroshima. It is junmai (pure rice), but I was surprised to find that it has a gorgeous aroma like ginjo sake. I am looking forward to starting the year with another great sake! I am thankful that I can drink good sake today in good health!

Happy New Year 🎍 with wishes for another year of good health and delicious sake. I immediately drank a bottle of Nigori, which is only available in Hiroshima. It is delicious and goes well with Osechi cuisine! I look forward to working with you again this year.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. This time, I went back to my parents' home and had a rare sake left over, which I tasted and enjoyed with fish from the Seto Inland Sea. It had gold leaf in it, and it was a sake that put me in the mood for New Year's one step ahead of the others. The taste is soft and umami. Drinking it in a wine glass makes it more refreshing, and it is good to be able to drink it while looking at the gold leaves. I am thankful that I can drink good sake in good health today. Here's to another toast to sake tonight!

This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. I had another Kido from Wakayama today. It is a fresh and powerful full-bodied sake. The balance of the flavor is a bit spicy, but the umami is also strong and robust. I am thankful that we can drink good sake again today. Cheers to delicious sake!

This will be an amateur comment from an amateur drinker. It has been a long time since I have had a Kido. It seems that they are now growing 80% Yamadanishiki low-polishing rice in their own rice paddies, and the label was nice. The taste is a great sake with a nice balance of firm umami and dryness. I have been to this brewery before and was inspired by how much they have evolved. I am thankful and grateful to be able to enjoy great sake and delicious fish today. Thank you 😊

This will be an amateur comment from a sake lover. Today I'm drinking a pop design sake from Hachiman River that I brought back from my parents' house last month. The sake is dry and crisp for a +4. It is a luxurious 100% Omachi sake from Hiroshima Prefecture. Today, too, I am spending relaxing time with delicious fish and delicious sake. I am thankful that I can drink delicious sake in good health tonight as well.

This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. Today I am drinking sake that I brought back from my parents' house. It is a sake made from Hachitan rice from Hiroshima. The taste is a robust sake with a spiciness that prevails over the umami. The taste is firmly Hiroshima sake. I am grateful to be able to drink sake today as well, enjoying delicious sake and fish with a sense of nostalgia. Cheers to tonight!

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I continue to enjoy sake at my parents' house while having fish from the Seto Inland Sea (simmered water flounder, Spanish mackerel sashimi, and octopus sashimi). The sake is heavy and robust in flavor. It is heavier than my image of a refreshing Junmai Ginjo. I enjoyed it very much. I am thankful that I can enjoy delicious fish and sake again today.

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. It has been a while since I returned to my parents' house, and I received a rare sake surrounded by fish from the Seto Inland Sea. It has a strong rice flavor and strong acidity. Hot sake is just right. I am grateful to be able to drink good sake again today in good health.

This is a comment from an amateur drinker. This is one of my favorite sakes. This is my first time drinking Nono-san (which means "Kannon-sama" in the Tajima dialect), and it is a refreshing and easy to drink sake. It has a soft, refreshing, clean taste. The flavor is there and refreshing, and I tasted newness. I am thankful to be able to eat healthy and delicious food today.

It is just the right amount of salt for drinking on a refreshing summer day. I am thankful that I can enjoy drinking this delicious sake again today.

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. When I was about 20 years old, I drank a bottle of Hachiman River sake and was impressed by its taste. At that time, it was Junmai Daiginjo. It had been a while since I went back to my parents' house, so I visited the brewery in person and purchased this sake. I was told that this year's production was the best. It was truly the best in many ways! It was nostalgic and thoughtful, reminding me of my own sake roots. I am thankful that I was able to drink good sake today and in good health. Tonight, we will toast to Yawatagawa with a side of Hiroshima koiwashi!

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today we had a sake from Ehime. This sake has a cool and refreshing taste perfect for hot days and goes great with white fish. We brought it to our favorite sushi restaurant to savor. Eating good food and drinking good sake is what makes me happiest. Thank you again today!
