This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today I had a sake that was being offered for tasting and sale at Matsuzakaya in Ueno on a temporary basis. Dry is exactly what it is, but the balance of umami, acidity, and aroma are mixed together to create a wonderful sake with a wonderful harmony. The aroma is more pronounced when drunk in a wine glass. I heard that this sake is a new attempt, but it creates a new dry taste and is a new dry genre. I am thankful to have found another delicious sake tonight. ☺️

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today I opened a bottle of Shinmasa that had been stored in the fridge and had not been drunk for almost 2 years. I have had other Niimasa, but this is the first time for me. At first it seemed sweet, but gradually the taste settled down and the thickness of the raw yeast production and the fresh, slightly carbonated taste of the sake spread to the palate, making it an appealing sake that makes you want to drink more and more. I feel happy to be able to enjoy another delicious sake today. I worked hard on the snacks!

It is a wonderful sake! It is slightly carbonated or rather sweet and refreshing with a good balance between the two, and is quite delicious and impressive. It is located at Kita Herman in Kitahama, Osaka, and I was impressed. I was impressed by the great sake here.

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. I had a chance to visit Higashimurayama City the other day and bought this evening's sake at this sake brewery. It is a very heavy sake, yokozuna class, with a robust flavor. It has a solid core of roughness. I am grateful to be able to drink good sake 🍶 tonight. Thank you very much 😊Thank you for the treat.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I drink it at room temperature, and I can tell that it is a very light sake. It is a sake where you can feel the power of rice and water, which is typical of junmai. It is an easy-drinking sake with a good flavor. I am thankful that I can drink good sake again today. It goes very well with good snacks 😆.

This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. Today I am tasting a different Kurogyu than usual. It has an alcohol content of 18-19%, which is like a draft sake, and it has a punch. It is a manly and brave dry sake. The spiciness is mixed with the strength characteristic of nama-zake and everything comes out with a punch. It is a seasonal product, so it is well worth the change to try it. I am happy to be able to drink good sake again today. Here's to tonight's saké 🍶.

This will be an amateur comment from an amateur drinker. I chose it because I liked the name. I was in a bit of a funk, so I wanted to take a likeness of the name. It tasted very strange. It is a medium-hot taste surrounded by a unique aroma like a barrel of sake. It is not dry, but has a firm part. It is an aromatic and elegant sake. It was a new kind of sake. I am grateful to have had another delicious sake today. Thank you very much 😊.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. A friend from the country chose this sake as a souvenir when she came to Tokyo, and she told me that it is Yamatoya Original, a rare sake available only in Hiroshima. It is a rare sake that can only be bought in Hiroshima. It has a very strong flavor and sharpness, and is a great example of the delicious sake that Hiroshima has to offer. It is a delicious sake that suits my taste very well. Thank you for the delicious sake. Thanks again for another drink today and thank you my friend😊.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. This brand is famous in Saijo, Hiroshima Prefecture, and I tasted it because it was rare to find a dry sake. It was a crisp, light and dry sake as described on the label, and the umami flavor was thin. In a sense, it is a sake that tastes light and detached, with a certain phosphorous feel to it. This dryness is literal, and personally, I think it would be easier to drink if it had a little more umami. Anyhow, thanks for another great sake tonight! Thanks 😊

This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. This sake is famous for its dryness these days, but this barrel sake is rounded. It has a slightly oaky aroma and tastes full of umami. Although it is just a little dry, it is very easy to drink and can be served at room temperature or lukewarm. I am happy to find another delicious sake today. Thank you very much 😊.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. The other day, I had a wonderful opportunity to taste the entire Niimasa lineup at a certain place in Tokyo. The first one I drank was the unforgettable Niimasa. From the very first sip, I could not hide my surprise at the depth of flavor and the gap between what I thought I was drinking sake and the taste of wine or green apple. It is a sake with a wonderful degree of perfection that transcends the word "delicious. I think many people would not recognize it if it were served in the form of wine instead of sake. It was an evening of tasting innovative sake. It was a day that I appreciated from the bottom of my heart. Thank you very much😊.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I enjoy sake with a spring-like name. The spring-like and somewhat exciting taste is just a subjective comment 😁. The taste is a little dry, medium-heavy and refreshing, with a nice taste on the tongue at the end. I'm thankful to be able to drink good sake today 😁Thanks for being able to taste it! And thank you for the treat.
