On the way home from Hiraparu, I happened to stop by a liquor store and bought a bottle of Tamitsu, which is not sold at the liquor store I usually go to! The sweetness and volume of Omachi from the gentle ginjo aroma, with a bitter aftertaste that tightens up. Overall, it is smooth, clear, and well-balanced. It is clear but not light and has a strong umami flavor, which I liked. Serve with simmered pumpkin 🎃.

Tamitsu, I have always wanted to try this sake. My husband found a store that sold it and bought it for me 🤭. As expected, it is very tasty. It has a light and pleasant sweetness, followed by a sourness that makes it hard to stop 🤗.

This is a special order from Kandaya. Slightly effervescent and gassy. Tastes like ramune or peach. Delicious with a sweet-tart piquant bitter taste. Similar in type to the Turtle Sea we drank the other day.

Hey bouken, sorry to bother you here too💦. What a super limited SP on top of the brand you want to drink! And I want to taste the peach 🍑 in the Ramune 💕.

Good evening, Ponchan 😃. I heard that the regular product is also directly pumped but the difference is that the special order product is bottled directly from the tank 😋 Is it called tanba kumi? I'd love to compare the two 😊.

I wanted a certain sake and bought it when I went to Kanda-ya, a sake shop nearest Hirakata Koen station. I thought on my own that it was near the station, but I walked past Hiraparu and near Route 1 💦 about a 15 minute walk? The liquor store is open on Sundays 🎵. Brands handled include Kuroemon 16, Kizan, Mizuo, Shinomine, Kaze no Mori, Kido, Tamitsu, Kameizumi, Raku no Se, Daisenji Shiragane, Kurumazaka, Iyo Kagiya, etc. Clear and gentle sweetness. Impressive acidity. Slightly fruity. Citrusy? I imagined it to be a bit sweeter, but it was light and refreshing. I think the Akaban Omachi I drank before was sweeter. When I drank it again, I felt it was spicier than the Yamanoi I opened the same day. Even after a few days, the aroma and nose are very fruity!

Good morning, bouken 😃. I drank Kami no Ho brewing at Hanzo, but I haven't experienced Tamitsu itself... I'd like to try it once, even if it's just for a drink outside 😁. Hirappa is also good 👍

I've had Tamitsu Kami no Ho and Omachi, and it's true that Kami no Ho is more refreshing 👍I also think I like Omachi better 😆.

Hello, Chichi. I don't think there are too many distributors for Tamitsu either.... I drank Hokosugi and Dashing no Kami no Ho, but the taste is completely different from brewery to brewery, so I can't really understand the trend of rice-derived taste 😅. Now it's a valuable amusement park for railroad company type 🎡.

Hello Manachie 😀 Dewa Sanzan was also a clear and spicy type, so I guess Tamitsu itself is basically clear 🤔Omachi was my favorite type with a little gasiness 😋.

Good evening! I also bought and opened a bottle today 😁. It tasted exactly like bouken's review! I have a strong impression of raw omachi 😰 but I think I will drink too much 😁😁.
