The autumn leaves are now in full bloom in various parts of Nara🍁. It's that time of year for sake 🍁🍶. We will have Danzan Momiji Sake brewed by Nishiuchi Shuzo at the foot of Danzan Shrine in Sakurai, one of the most famous places for autumn leaves 🙏. It has a calm and matured flavor that is typical of autumn sake 😋. It is not too peculiar and has a subtle sweetness and acidity👍. I tried it at various temperatures, but it was best at room temperature to lukewarm. It seems to go well with simmered or nabe dishes 😉.

Long time no see Kobe 🚃. The hills are amazing😅. I stopped by Sannomiya Hankyu and bought some Nada sake 🍶. The label looked good, so I chose Amber Izumi Jungin. It is a clear, fruity, dry sake. It is mildly sharp. It's a beautiful sake, easy to drink without any peculiarities 😋♪ I'm glad I bought it👍 I'm looking forward to enjoying more of Nada as there are so many unknown sakes 😙.

Low-polished Junmai-shu from Yamatsuru, a local sake brewery in Ikoma, Nara. The name is Choyao. It was a gift, but it looks like it will cost a fortune💧. I heard it was brewed using a method described in a wooden letter from the Nara period. I wonder if it is true. Anyway, let's try it. Wow! It is indeed as rich and sweet as I had heard! The sake level is a whopping -40❗️ But the aftertaste is refreshing. Surprisingly easy to drink and delicious 😋. It's pretty good 👍I'll have to try this one too 😙. But I wonder if people in the Nara period really enjoyed this kind of sake 🤔.

Autumn is deepening. This is the time of the year for the unique Nara sake, Okura's Autumn Sake 🍂. The full moon🌕 label made me excited to open the bottle. It has a unique sweetness and richness, but with a rounded, mellow, and gentle taste. It's still delicious. ❤️ Okura is another addictive sake 🍶. I think it is a brand that should not be missed when talking about Nara sake👍.

This bottle 🎉 was put aside to be opened when the Tigers win the championship in Japan. Kachikoma, not Kachitora, was opened today after a night shift 🍾! Tonight we'll start with our favorite beer, Czech Pilsner Urquell 🍺, and then move on to Katsikoma 😁. Katsikoma is clear and elegant 😙. It has a clear and elegant taste, and the flavor comes out gradually and finishes gently 👍. It is a perfect sake that would go well with Hokuriku seafood 👏. I think I will be able to enjoy good sake for a while with the battle of the fierce tiger army this year 🤭. To Manager Okada, all the players, their families, Hanshin fans, and all professional baseball fans, thank you again for your support this year! Thank you for another year of ‼️ Cheers ‼️

First young wave🌊❣️ Hikone Sazanami's loot #2😋. It tastes as fresh and youthful as the label 😚. It has a pleasant acidity and sweetness, and the flavor improves with a change of taste from the second day. ⤴️ What a nice sake👍! No wonder it's so popular 😙. I'll buy it again when I find it 😆.

Purchased 👀 at Sazanami Sake Shop in front of the station during a day trip to Hikone. Beautiful, corner space and friendly staff. It was a nice store 😙. Since I was there, I chose Kazuhiro, a sake I had never had before from Shiga. It was full, slightly sweet, had a delicious rice flavor, and was very drinkable 😋. Paired with sweet ayu fish from Lake Biwa, it was delicious. ❤️ It is indeed a sake from Shiga, a rice-producing region 😇

Puku-puku-puku-puku... Pukupuku Brewing's Junmai Sake Amanotsubu 92 Autumn Agari ver. Pukupuku Brewery, which has no brewing facilities, borrowed the facilities of Tenryohai Brewery, famous for Gagakuyo, and brewed this junmai sake with rice from their home base in Fukushima. ❣️ It is a 92% low-polished sake, full and fruity, but with a polished feel and a slight dryness that makes it easy to drink and very delicious 😋. There are so many good sake with low rice polishing these days, so I have more and more choices when I buy at the store 😅.

Donzuru Unfiltered Nama Sake (🙂 ), another brand of Okura Honke, a well-known Okura in Kashiba City, Nara Prefecture. I found this at a local store that carries all of Nara's sake breweries 👀. I didn't know about this one. The taste is fresh with a unique rich flavor that is typical of Okura, smooth and ummmm ‼️ The costa is 👍 too! Like the Okura, it was one to enjoy with a sip and sip 😋♪

I have enjoyed a variety of autumn sake this year, and I was fortunate enough to have Saku's Hiyayoroshi for the first time 😆. It's a delicious and tasty Zaku, and the hiyaoroshi is just as good as I expected ❣️ Everything is at a high level: umami, sweetness, spiciness, throatiness, acidity, bitterness, etc. 😆 The label is also stylish and I drank it. The label is also stylish and once you start drinking it, you can't stop, it's irresistible 😋. It was great👍!

New aka first Hokkaido sake✨. Kamikawa Taisetsu Junmai Ginjo❣️ Refreshing, doesn't interfere with food, well-balanced with just the right amount of sweetness 😋. No wonder it's so popular ❤️ It's one of those brands you can't buy often but want to repeat 🫶.

Posts are piling up💦. This time it's Nara's autumn sake 🍁. This is the Hachitan version of Shinomine's back series, Rokumaru 😊. I thought it would be more refreshing than the Omachi, but this one is also a very rich, full-flavored sake 😋. It is mellow, easy to drink, rich in flavor and somehow erotic 😁. It's a wonderful sake👍 Thanks again tonight Shinomine ✨

Not a special occasion, but we opened a bottle of Ilya Thornton that had been laid down for six months🍾. Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture is brewed here with a mixed fermentation of No.1 and No.2 yeast. This is my first time, but this is quite good🫢❗️ It's probably good to begin with, but as it says on the back of the label, it's been laid down to give it a fruity, well-matured, sake-like finish that's stunning 😆💕. I think this might be my favorite Sogape I've ever had👍. This was one I wanted to open on a special occasion.

This year's wedding anniversary was the first time in two years that we had a Cosmos 🌸 I've never had sparkling before, but as soon as I opened the bottle, I gushed 🌋. Even though it's just easy to drink, when you make it shwashy, it spurs you on and you can't stop refilling it ❣️ It's so far removed from sake that it's now champagne 🍾. The balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity is amazing as always 🤤. It went so smoothly, as expected it was gone in one night😅.

It's finally starting to look like autumn, Okayama sake in a row! This one has a label that makes you feel like it's autumn 🍂. The inside has a nice aroma and a perfect sense of maturity 👌. A little sweet, but not too much peculiar, you can taste it and drink it easily 😋. The sake I bought in Kurashiki in the summer from Kikuchi Sake Brewery was delicious, but this one is even better 😙. I finished it in two days. Thank you for the food 🙏.

Junmai Ginjo Three Season Aged Winter Moon 🌕 that can't wait until winter. We couldn't make it for the Fifteen Nights, but we got the autumn version of the winter moon. It has a juicy, well-balanced sweetness and acidity that is typical of winter moon. It seems to go well with fall flavors 😍. A different charm from Shinshin😍. Thank you for the food 🙏. Of course, I'll have the winter moon too: ❣️

It's been a while since I've been to the store, and I found three different Gagakuyo test brew series in the store 👀. I couldn't resist any of them, but this time I chose the low-pasteurized 4th: ☝️ I've grown to love low-polished sakes with the Ohaike Macho and Kaze no Mori, so I was excited to open the bottle 🍾. From the first sip, the fruity, full flavor and pleasant sweetness spread out, whee! I can only say that it is indeed a Gagakuyo 😍. It's wonderful👍 Too bad we can't drink it anymore since it's a limited edition 😢. Make it again 🙏.

Autumn Mitsuo: ❣️ I started drinking it last year and it has become my favorite😍. Especially the picture and the endorsement on the label make me feel at home 🤭. It's not sold locally, so I had to travel to Osaka to get it again 😍. The breweries that make this sake change every time, but they are all delicious and remind me of the power of Yamagata sake: ☺️ Mr. Kojima from Toko was in charge this time. It's refreshing, slightly sweet, and has a nice flavor and sharpness👍. A bit expensive, but I'm glad I bought it ✨. I hope this series continues 😋.

It's still hot during the day, but the nights have become much more pleasant 🙂. We will open a bottle of Yokoyama Hiyayoshiro on an autumn night when the cool night breeze brings the sound of insects 😆♪ It's a juicy and delicious YOKOYAMA with an even more intense flavor 😆😆. It's full-bodied with almost no alcohol, so you can drink it as much as you want 😂. It's still delicious 👍 No wonder it sold out so quickly ⭐️
