The kappa on the label is cute😍.
Shield River is in charge this time.
I haven't had Shield River yet, so I guess this is my debut?
It has a clean mouthfeel, as if it were a well-polished junmai daiginjo spec.
But it also has a strong umami flavor, making it an excellent sake for this time of year 😋.
I am sure it will go well with 🥒 cucumbers!
It was such a nice sake that I wanted to drink it with Mitsuo and Kappa-kun on this label 💕.

Cucumbers are a kappa's favorite food: ❣️
Kappa is the god of water, and if the plate on its head dries up, it will die, so it rehydrates itself with sake.
