It's still hot out there 🥵. Even though I had a summer vacation, I was exhausted as soon as I left work for a day. ⤵️ I must be getting old (-_-;) Even in such a situation, I drink sake! This time, I drank Nara sake. This time, I'm going to drink Nara sake. The blue color of the label is cool and refreshing. It is an unfiltered raw Akaban Omachi sake, but it has a refreshing sweetness and deliciousness like ramune 😆 Delicious! Delicious 😆 ❤️ Shinomine is all delicious 🤤! I'm going to start working hard tomorrow with this 💪.

During my trip to Awaji Island, I bought a bottle of local sake, Sennenichi. It was a pity that I could not visit the brewery 😢. I hadn't been to Awaji Island in more than 10 years, but it was nice because of its rich nature, delicious food, easy access from Kansai, and resort-like atmosphere👍. The sake produced on Awaji Island is mellow and has a great taste 😋, but not too peculiar. But it was not so peculiar, it was an easy to drink sake that goes well with all meals 😊.

I was lucky enough to get a bottle of Nabeshima summer sake, Summer Moon🌕, so I opened the bottle on an exciting night before the holidays🍾. The label is indescribably atmospheric and nice ✨. It was a bit of a squeak, but not a sizzle. The taste is basically sweet but smooth with a slight bitter accent, a bit different from Tokujun or Jungin 🤔. Overall, it's a summer sake with Nabeshima's typical umami flavor and the refreshing feeling that only aruzoe can give 😋. It's sinking in 🌙✨. Finally got to join the Nabeshima club 😙.

It's been a long time since I've seen it. This is my first time to buy this "Kiwami", but I bought it because it was my brother's favorite at the store and the silver label also attracted me 👛. I originally liked this brand, but this Kiwami is amazing ❣️ It is slightly sweet, but balanced at a high level, easy to drink and deliciously juicy, and can be enjoyed in any season 😋. It's a great reminder of the power of the figure 👍. I emptied a four-pack in two days😅.

I bought this bottle on a trip to Kurashiki. It is called "Kurashiki no shu" (Kurashiki sake) by Kikuchi Shuzo of Sanzen 😙. It is a fire-aged jungin made with Yamada-Nishiki, and while it is clean and dry, it also has a good umami flavor, making it a good mid-meal sake👍! I paired it with some grilled makari I also bought in Kurashiki and enjoyed the marriage 😋. I wish I had bought it in a four-pack. I would like to have a bottle of Sanzen someday.

Summer Mitsuo: ❣️ The kappa on the label is cute😍. Shield River is in charge this time. I haven't had Shield River yet, so I guess this is my debut? It has a clean mouthfeel, as if it were a well-polished junmai daiginjo spec. But it also has a strong umami flavor, making it an excellent sake for this time of year 😋. I am sure it will go well with 🥒 cucumbers! It was such a nice sake that I wanted to drink it with Mitsuo and Kappa-kun on this label 💕.

The person with the bottle on his head is a character created by the brewery. The one eating a cucumber🥒. Cucumbers are a kappa's favorite food: ❣️ Kappa is the god of water, and if the plate on its head dries up, it will die, so it rehydrates itself with sake.

I've always wanted to drink Okusama once I saw it in a magazine ❣️ Found the CWS version with only one bottle left at a local store and bought it 👛. The label is stylish - the moon part is cut out 😳. Cloudy and squishy, a very promising looking drink 😋. The sweetness is moderate, and the fruitiness, pleasant bitterness and umami spread. It also feels great down the throat and once you start drinking it, you can't stop 😆 This is good 😇I want to buy it again! This is delicious😇I want to buy it again ❣️

It's been a while since I've been to Yokoyama❣️ It's fire-brewed because it's this time of year, but Yokoyama is still Yokoyama 😆. Juicy, fresh, sweet, mildly sharp and stable 😋♪ Thanks for coming all the way to Nara from Iki Island 🏝️. I like Yokoyama because you can't go wrong with any of their drinks👍.

I got a four-pack of Hanamup, so we had a dream collaboration that I've been wanting to try ✨. Akita's popular sake and Nara's popular sake 😍. Hanamou - sweet, juicy, refreshing, delicious 😋. Hanaboe - uniquely mellow, sweet and sour, yummy 😋. I like both ❤️ But Tomoe might be the more addictive one 🤔.

It's been a while since I discovered Hana Yuu #4 bottle 👀. I bought the Omachi version to support Akita and immediately opened the bottle 🍾. It has a mellow, sweet and delicious taste typical of Omachi 😋. It's beautifully put together, just like Hanamup ✨. It's still delicious 😋. Hopefully, I wish they would add more No. 4 bottles to their lineup 🙄🙄🙄.

Romantic summer drinks😍. Cheers to a starry night 🥂. This one is full of anticipation from the label 😆. How does Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake brewed with Koshihikari🌾 taste like? Oh, the flavor of the rice is so good ❣️ I can't get enough of the clear, juicy, sweet and delicious taste 😋. It's sinking in‼️ delicious‼️ this is good 😆 Urameshi was good, but this one is great too👍! It's amazing how good sake can be made from rice 🥹! I had a good time tasting it 🙏.

This year, another favorite summer sake, Harushika🦌's Blue Onigiri ⚔️ is now available: ❗️ The label tends to give the impression that it's sharp and clean, but in fact it's a gem with a good balance of mellow umami and sharpness 😆 I wish more restaurants would carry it 🦌. I wish more restaurants would carry it 😋 It is one of the most popular summer sakes along with Tamagawa Icebreaker and Senkou Kabutomushi, and I was very satisfied with its taste this year as well 🙏.

Sado sake, Garakudai that I wanted to drink: ❣️ I crossed the border and found a store surprisingly close to where I was going to drink 👀. The owner and his wife were very friendly, and even though it was my first time here, we had a great time talking and choosing the sake 🤭. The label is stylish Gagakuyo 🤭! The taste is so good that it's no wonder everyone gave it such a high rating: ❣️ It may not have a long history, but it's a perfect, clear, sweet and tasty sake that you can't help but drink too much of. I can drink as much as I want. I would recommend it to beginners. I want to buy this again.

It's summer, but I got the popular winter moon 🌙 for the first time 😋. I found it across the county border😋. The label is cool, stylish and highly anticipated💓 Open the bottle with a pop 🍾. The secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a pleasant shuwashu feeling and a refreshing sweetness that spreads 😋. It's different from the Shinshin, and it's good, too 👍. I'll try the black label 🌙 sometime 😙.

It's time for a local sake. Yamatsuru by Ikoma's Nakamoto Shuzo. It is brewed by three former brewers from different industries. The label and name are like a CD jacket. As the label says, the taste is dry and refreshing with a hint of citrus, and although it is said to go well with chicken dishes, it can be enjoyed as a food sake in a wide range of dishes👍. The brewery is located in a residential area, but they make a very good sake. I look forward to the future success of the three brewers 😉♪

The label is still as cute as ever👍! The taste is mellow, rich, juicy, and full of the goodness of Yamadanishiki 😋. The second day, it had a slightly ripe melon flavor. This is really good 🥹. It will relieve the fatigue of the week ✨.

First Fukuoka sake on my new account. It is Ikegame from Kurume 🐢. The label is a cute goldfish: ❤️ This is my first time drinking Ikegame, and while it is a junmai sake, it also has a bit of ginjo aroma, which gives it a nice cosiness 😙. It has a refreshing and crisp summery taste, with just the right amount of sweetness and umami that won't interfere with your meal 😋. It went well with meat, fish, and vegetables👍. Thanks to the sake brewery and the store that recommended it to us 🙏!

Cat label that caught my eye at the store🐈. I love you? I Love You? I LOVE Takeyuki ❗️ It's a CWS product of that Takeyuki. The expression on the cat's face, the text on the label, and the yuletide look are a little funny 🤭. As for the taste, it's shwashy, slightly sweet and refreshing✨. I didn't get the sourness I was expecting, but it was refreshing, mildly sharp, and delicious 😺.
