My new favorite Nara sake, Okura's summer sake 🌻. I'll have some Urara-chan this year too 🙏. It has the richness and umami of rice that is typical of Okura, but also has a refreshing acidity that is typical of summer sake 😆. It goes well with meals and will become a summer staple along with Harushika's Blue Onigiri 😋. Thank you for the food!

Recently, we started to carry Shichida😋 in our local area. I'm happy because it's one of the brands I've been wanting to drink: ❤️ The first one was a Junmai of Yamada Nishiki. From the slight shuwashuwa, Yamada-san's specialty, sweet-umami❗️ It has a gentle bitter taste that makes you smile 🤭. I'm looking forward to trying more!

This is a limited edition sake from Imi that has been sitting for almost 2 years 🍶. I wondered if it was safe to leave it so long even though it was a draft sake. I wondered if it was safe to leave it so long 🍾 and opened the bottle this year on its 133rd anniversary. It's a little sweet because it's been left too long, but it's still delicious 😋. The label is also playful and nice. It is a gift, but a rare one from a rare brand, thank you very much 🙏. I know it's hard to make sake in a small brewery, but please do your best for the 141st anniversary: ‼️

It's time to start drinking Koei Kiku 🤤. This is the first time I've seen Noon Crescent 🌙 made with Hokkaido's sake rice, Ginpu. It's a light cloudy color with a unique fruitiness that is typical of Koei Kiku, but it seems drier than the others. It fits the image on the label and has a nice refreshing taste 😋. I also enjoyed the new product 🌙.

This is Nabe-sama's Special Junmai🙂 which I drink a bottle of every year. It is dry, but has a good amount of sweetness and acidity, and the fact that it is so smooth and crisp makes it a stable attraction: ☺️ It has an excellent balance and is an ace from Kyushu's sake kingdom, Saga 👏. Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.

Yamazan has become one of our favorite brands since it started being sold at local stores. ❤️ This time it is brewed with a rice from Nagano called Kinmon-Nishiki, which we are not familiar with. 💁‍♂️ Is this really made from rice? The taste is a well-balanced combination of sweetness, acidity, and a touch of sizzle. Oh my, it's so good! I'm looking forward to another Yamazan 😊.

It will be a gift🙏. This is a special junmai from Morinori brewed by Okada Honke in Kakogawa, Hyogo Prefecture. It was recommended to me by someone who knows a lot about Japanese sake. It is fresh and has a refreshing taste with a richness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku and can be enjoyed while savoring the sake. ☺️

Sakurahime" is Ehime's original flower variety, and this product is brewed with rice, water, and people from Ehime, using the flower yeast isolated from this flower. This all-Ehime sake has a sweet aroma, a slight sourness, and a mildly pleasant taste. Seiryu Brewery also makes chic sake👍

Blue label Tedorigawa 👀 that I chose because I felt a strong self-assertion on the store shelf. I imagined it to be gory and dry, but it was fruity, juicy and easy to drink â It was a delicious sake with a modern taste 😋.
