One of the first one I've had outside for a long time ④. Ganki itself is easy to drink and delicious, but this one, as the name "light" suggests, is light with a low alcohol content of 13 degrees and spreads a beautiful sweetness, making it a good choice for beginners🙆. Well, we've had a lot of drinks outside, so let's open the stock at home from now on 🍾.

One of the best outside drinks I've had in a long time ③. My first sansho 😆Caahhh! The label is so stylish! The aroma is unobtrusive but nice... The rich umami flavor comes through in the whispery taste, and it's surprisingly delicious. Because of the time and effort that went into making this sake, it is not only moderately priced, but also hard to find 😓. It's nice to be able to find this kind of sake when drinking out, sometimes 😌.

A beautiful sake with a smooth texture and elegant sweetness and flavor that lives up to its name, Moonlight Beauty (月下美人), a fantastic flower ✨. I enjoyed it while remembering the moonlit beauty in full bloom that I saw 9 years ago: ☺️

It's been a long time since I had a drink outside (1) The event was held in the form of participating members bringing their own drinks, start here: 💁‍♀️ Mr. White 🤍 from Imi. All of the Sagami are delicious, but this one, which is made partly from white malted rice, is also wonderful 😆. It has a refreshing taste, but the sweetness and acidity are well balanced, and it is just what you'd expect from Imi 🤭. Thanks to the brewery for maintaining this quality with a small staff 🙇.

I've seen this brand at Sake-no-Wa from time to time and was curious about it 🙄. I popped it in to bring to an outside drinking party: ☝️ The name and the label design are both innovative✨ I'm excited to try it! The taste is so fresh, clean and fruity that it's hard to believe it's fire-roasted 😚. It's a modern sake with a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity 👍. I wish they had it near me 😙.

It's been a while since I had Wakakoma🐎 with Hiyoroshi 😆. It's as rich and juicy as you'd expect 🌟. The flavor of hiyaoroshi is mouth-watering 😋 😋 Hohe~! I was able to enjoy the charm of Tochigi sake, which is different from Senkou-san's 🙏.

I got this on a summer trip to Toyama, the longed-for Hayashi Sensai 🤩. I had a hard time bringing it home 💦 because they only have one bottle. It's crisp, fruity, and refreshing ✨, not what you'd expect from the bold label. The combination of coolness and umami makes it a great match for fish and many other dishes 😋. I could easily empty a whole bottle 🙌! I want to repeat this one 😆.

I bought this one as a set with Towashi summer sake: 💁🏻 It has a soft throat with a subtle fruity aroma 🍏 and tastes better than the summer sake 😋. Sake brewed with Kyoto water, Kyoto rice, and Kyoto yeast.

Hinomaru Brewery is known for its umakara manzaku, but this is one of the sweetest ☝️ The silky, elegant sweetness and deliciousness of this product is unmistakable. I'd love to enjoy it on its own in a relaxed atmosphere 😋. Rich and sweet sake as the name suggests🌸 I wonder if I'll see you again.

Gagakuyo 🌟 with a sense of sophistication in both label and taste. I'm glad I found a store relatively close by where I can buy it: ☺️ This time I had the core of the Garakudai series, Gekka🌙🌸! It has a pleasant sweet and tasty acidity that comes together in a light and pleasant way: ☺️ It's easy to drink and moderately intoxicating. I wish I could visit Sadogashima 🚢.

The Junmai Ginjo Blue Label🦌 from Harushika is refreshing to look at. In Nara, you can buy it in supermarkets: ☝️ It is more subdued than other Harushika, but light, mellow and easy to drink 😋. It has a sake level of -3, but it's almost neutral and recommended as a food sake 🙂.

This time, we had a rare Arabashiri made with yeast #77 from Okura, Nara Sake 🙏. Like the label says, it is a yeast that produces malic acid 🍎. I'm not sure if it's apple or not, but the fruitiness is very apparent 🍇🍇🍌🍎🍎. It's refreshing, but also tasty and full-bodied like an Okura 😋😋. Challenges like this are important ✨

Found at a local store 👀❗️ Monster #8, not Planet 9 🪐. CWS, but I was thrilled to find Korosama: ❤️ I see you named it after yeast #9 😮. It has a fresh, elegant sweetness that makes you want to drink it and ooh 🤤. The 9th planet is said to be a phantom planet outside of Neptune 🪐. We were lucky to find such a fantastic sake 🥹.

This is the first Gin-no-sato version of Yokoyama, a famous sake from Iki Island. It's rather mild, refreshing, and mellow, and can be paired with a wide range of dishes. Not as impactful as other Yokoyama, but a good sake👍. Thanks for the drink 🙏🙏.

I drink every year 🦌 summer sake 😋 from Harushika 🦌. It feels like summer when this one comes out. It has just the right amount of sharpness and richness, and the acidity from the sake brewing process is pleasant 😆. The label may look crazy, but it's refreshing and drinkable, and I love it 🥰. The fire-brewed version of this is Akano-Oki Zan👹, but I haven't had it yet, so I'll have to try it this year 😙!

CWS makes me want to buy it 😆. So, this time it's the CWS in the back, an ogara-mi sake made with a rice called Wakamizu! It has just the right amount of slight bubbles and a creamy texture on the tongue 👅. Refreshing and drinkable! It is a good summer sake that is not too spicy, and you can enjoy both the taste and the smoothness of the sake 😋. As expected of Okusama: 🙆‍♂️

This summer we traveled to Toyama to enjoy seafood 🚄. We decided to enjoy the evening with some fresh fish and a local sake that we had never had before, so we had the owner's recommendation, Narimasa-sama 🙏. The label is cool 🗡️✨ It's light and dry, but has volume and goes well with fish! Toyama's taste of fish and dry Narimasa was a great combination 👍.
