Found at a local store 👀❗️ Monster #8, not Planet 9 🪐. CWS, but I was thrilled to find Korosama: ❤️ I see you named it after yeast #9 😮. It has a fresh, elegant sweetness that makes you want to drink it and ooh 🤤. The 9th planet is said to be a phantom planet outside of Neptune 🪐. We were lucky to find such a fantastic sake 🥹.

This is the first Gin-no-sato version of Yokoyama, a famous sake from Iki Island. It's rather mild, refreshing, and mellow, and can be paired with a wide range of dishes. Not as impactful as other Yokoyama, but a good sake👍. Thanks for the drink 🙏🙏.

I've always wanted to try a sparkling dot 😋. This is my first time to drink sparkling Yamahai 🧨, but it's good 😆 As expected of Mr. Yoshida 👏! It's so good 😆 That's what Mr. Yoshida is all about 󿑏. I knew it would be gone in no time 😇

I drink every year 🦌 summer sake 😋 from Harushika 🦌. It feels like summer when this one comes out. It has just the right amount of sharpness and richness, and the acidity from the sake brewing process is pleasant 😆. The label may look crazy, but it's refreshing and drinkable, and I love it 🥰. The fire-brewed version of this is Akano-Oki Zan👹, but I haven't had it yet, so I'll have to try it this year 😙!

CWS makes me want to buy it 😆. So, this time it's the CWS in the back, an ogara-mi sake made with a rice called Wakamizu! It has just the right amount of slight bubbles and a creamy texture on the tongue 👅. Refreshing and drinkable! It is a good summer sake that is not too spicy, and you can enjoy both the taste and the smoothness of the sake 😋. As expected of Okusama: 🙆‍♂️

This summer we traveled to Toyama to enjoy seafood 🚄. We decided to enjoy the evening with some fresh fish and a local sake that we had never had before, so we had the owner's recommendation, Narimasa-sama 🙏. The label is cool 🗡️✨ It's light and dry, but has volume and goes well with fish! Toyama's taste of fish and dry Narimasa was a great combination 👍.

I was attracted by the refreshing label and had a bottle of Tsushimaya's Yamae-Nishiki 🙏 🙏 It was just as delicious as I expected 😍. It was just as delicious as I had hoped 😍. Fruity and elegant rice flavor that fills your mouth 😋. It goes well with meals and is delicious both chilled and at room temperature👍.

Shinshu Sake again A travel souvenir from my parents-in-law. It's my first time drinking this brand, but it's full-bodied and beautiful 😚. Since it's called "mountain sake", of course it goes well with mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 and mountain vegetables, but I thought it would also be good with fish ☺️ It was delicious 🙏!

One of my favorite Shinshu sake, summer sake from Kuroemon XVI 😆. I like the mosquito coils on the label 👍 The sake is juicy, refreshing and well-balanced 🤤. It was gone in no time 🙌!

It's been a while since I've had Narumi in summer 😋. It's a jungin made with No.6 yeast and brewed with a bit of bubbles and fruity flavor. It was a refreshing sake that captured the image I have of Chiba 👍.

Ona's CWS product shot my heart out with its heartwarming illustrated label and naming 😍. It's dry, but with a subtle fruitiness, a unique umami flavor, and a pleasant, gentle finish 🤤. Fresh and refreshing! It was the kind of sake that made me want to say "give me more" 😆.

It's been quite a while since I've had doburoku. My wife bought this for me at the Doburoku Brewery in Osaka Takashimaya 😆. This is my first time to try Heiwa's doburoku, but this one is a standard product, it has a gentle sweetness and sharpness without any peculiarities, very easy to drink and delicious 😋. I'll have to visit the doburoku brewery sometime 😙.

Finally got to the July stock 💦. Shinomine's summer sake is also a must-have ❣️, so I chose this one🎯. This is a junmai ginjo brewed with Yamadanishiki and No. 6 yeast. Comfortable acidity and sweetness come in refreshingly 😆. Gently sharp and easy to drink 👍 Shinomine is all well balanced and delicious 😋!

I'll be drinking my first Hiroshima brand, Hana Hato🐦 summer sake 🙏. The label is full of summery flavor 🍉. The taste is clean, mild and dry, and it's a delicious taste that sinks into your body when you're exhausted from the summer heat. ☺️ I bought the label, but it was a good sake with good cost performance: 🙆‍♂️

Another brand of Takachiyo Shuzo, Makihata summer sake 😆. For some reason, I choose this one over the Takachiyo series😅. Cool and promising label✨. Low alcohol and refreshing, but fruity and softly spreading flavor 😋. I think I'll try Takachiyo next time... I think I'll have to go with Mackay...

I'm an old man, but let's have a romantic drink once in a while 🤩. So here's to Shirakikyu's summer sake with a nice label ✨. Interesting that they use Koshihikari rice. Juicy, with just the right amount of sweetness, acidity and gasiness, I thought it was a sake to be enjoyed in a relaxed manner rather than gulping it down 😊. I want to drink it again 🙆‍♂️

It's been a while since I've had a Sogape 😋. This one is made with No. 6 yeast and has a refreshingly fruity taste that is not so much sake as it is ✨. It's really amazing that they make such a delicious sake while making wine 😆. Of course the wine is also excellent 👍

It's made with a new rice variety called Fukunoka from Fukushima prefecture, and it's a fresh, fruity sake ✨. I think they should make it a regular product. It was one of those 👏. Cheers to the brewery's insatiable spirit of exploration 😙.
