I bought a bottle of Kyoto sake Joyo at Kyoto Isetan, which I had been curious about for a while. For my first bottle, I decided to try a special junmai made with Kyoto's sake rice, "Shuku". I heard that sake brewed with rice called "Shuku" tends to be refreshing, and this one is also smooth and easy to drink 😋. But it is also slightly sweet and fruity, and has a certain degree of drinkability. The label is fashionable and the sake is not peculiar, so it is easy to recommend to others 👍. I would like to try the Yamadanishiki version next time 😆.

We opened this bottle for the first time to express our gratitude and respect to my wife who worked hard as an officer of the community association until the end of her term of office. This is a well-known brand at Sake-no-wa, URARA! As the exciting label suggests, it is light, refreshing, sweet and delicious. It is light but also full-bodied, a perfect sake for spring👍. Spring is a busy season, but we would like to renew our spirits while enjoying this sake with our evening drink ٩٩_( 'ω')و.

Since it's spring, it's been a while since I've had Nara sake, Harushika🦌. It is a limited edition from Kitora Sake Shop located near Toshodaiji Temple in Nara City. Harushika is brewed by the Harushika brewery from rice grown by the store's members in the rice fields near Emperor Taruhito's mausoleum in Nishi-no-kyo. Sometimes a limited edition does not necessarily mean it tastes good..., No, no, this is delicious 😋♪ It has a gorgeous heady aroma, a fresh, soft sweetness and umami, and a nice sharpness that is typical of Harushika ✨. It's easy to drink, and the sake went down smoothly 😇 We are sure that the members who produced the rice for this sake must have been deeply moved by this sake.

It was a slightly chilly night, so I thought it had been a while since I had had heated sake, so I had a heated version of Shin Tsuchida 🙏. I heated it up to about 50 degrees Celsius in the chirori and sipped on it 😚. It was less sweet than Shin Tsuchida, warmed up, and the unique sourness felt fruity. ☺️ This is good 👍❣️ delicious! I only drink it once in a while because it takes a lot of time and effort, but heated sake is good too 😋.

Three consecutive victories for the fierce tiger 🔥Push forward for the longed-for thing ❗️ and here's a toast to your good spirits 🥂. I've had Anne, Trois, and now Doux with yeast #2, and I think this might be the most erotic 🤭. I can't describe it well, but it has a glossy sweetness, acidity, and richness that spreads out and is indescribably delicious 🤤. I can see why sogape is so popular. I've said it many times, but I can't believe they are making this on a lark, it's a badass drink👍I'd love to drink it again!

Sei Masamune liked it in White Carp: ❤️ I also bought some spring green 😋. It is also plump, juicy, and moderately sweet! It has a good flavor and sharpness. The first time we welcomed Kosumori into our home, we had been wanting to drink it for a long time. I had always wanted to drink it, but it was not available in Nara, so I bought it at the Niigata antenna store in the underground shopping mall during my trip to Umeda. I was able to buy it thanks to the information given by someone at Sake-no-Wa ✨. Thanks a lot 🙏. The taste is just as I expected. It's just the right amount of sweetness, and you can drink as much as you want 😋. This is addictive! The label design is fashionable and the cost is not bad 👍 I would drink it again if possible 🤤.

Visited Yamanaka Sake store in Osaka station for the first time. This one has a sales space but seems to focus on food and beverage 🤔. They have a small selection of sake, but they have good sake. This time I chose Kuroryu spring sake: ☝️ It's alcohol-added, but I think its good. It has a ginjo aroma and fruity flavor, and is crisp and goes well with meals. It's a sake with a sense of quality that is typical of Kuroryu 😋. It's a bottle that I would buy every year if it were sold near me 🙏.

Long time no see Koei Chrysanthemum club activity: ❣️ First time to see this 🌙. The label is kakke 🤩I like this kind of thing ❗️ As the reputation suggests, it tastes richer and thicker than previous Koeikiku 🤔. However, the fruitiness, bitterness and umami that is typical of Koueikiku is still there 😋😋. My wife seems to like it especially among Kouei Kiku. The usual mellow one is great, but it's also very drinkable and this kind of chrysanthemum is also good 👍.

We skipped the Doux and got the Trois made with No. 3 yeast from the Numeroens we had last time 🙏. First attack is dry and clean. I thought, "Is this a sharp and dry wine? But then a refreshing sweetness follows 😳. This is another shocker unlike Anne's ❣️ deliciousness ❣️ It's like they say "dry but sweet" 😋. I want to drink this again 😍

My two kids passed the entrance exam successfully, so I opened this bottle to thank my wife for supporting them (I just wanted to drink it myself 😅). It's an earthy one that I hadn't had yet at Colors. It's been a while since I've had a Shinsei, but it's still on another level of deliciousness 💕💕. I can't get enough of this acidity and complex flavor that only Niimasa can produce: ❣️ It's good on its own, easy to pair with food, and just so specious (although the price is reasonable 🥲). Highly recommended by my wife, and I'm sure she's right👍. I can't drink it on a regular basis, so maybe next time I'll drink it as an entrance gift 😁.

Mimuro Sugi is becoming more and more popular, and while the seasonal brands are selling out quickly even locally, we were able to get our hands on this springtime staple again this year. The gentle sweetness and acidity, the ease of drinking, and the smooth texture after mixing the lees. I can't get enough of it. It's like a juice, it's so easy to drink, and it's gone in no time at all😇. I will drink this again next year. ❣️

It's been a while since I've laughed at the Four Seasons Sensation: ❣️ I've had the black one before, but I don't think I've ever had the white one 🤔. It's kind of plant-like when opened? It has a unique flavor, but that's part of its character. It has a sweet and bitter flavor that is similar to black, so it's good 😋. Especially after the second day, the taste has calmed down and I could enjoy it easily 👍. Next time I want to try other lineups besides Sensation 😊.

I was able to order a set of 4 sogapés again this year: ❣️ Last year it was a Numérosis set, but this is my first time from Numéroan 😋. This one was not to be left too long, so I opened the bottle immediately 🍾. I was expecting a classic taste since it was made with the unfamiliar No. 1 yeast, but it was fruity and moderately dry. This is the first time I've seen Kasumi in the Loman series: ❣️ The label also has a nice spring-like feel to it ( ^ω^ ) The taste is sweet and juicy as expected, with a pleasant throat feel, a typical Fukushima sake that makes you want to drink it. It also has a hint of bitterness, which is nice. ❣️ I'm looking forward to the variety of delicious sake that will be available in the spring🌸.

My old account is no longer available (although I can still view it) 😢, so I'm restarting with a new one under the same name: 🏃🏻 The first one is Kuromatsu Kenrishi here for some reason. This is the second time I've had it, but the bottle and label are so cool 😻 It was served hot with my homemade oden. It really is a sake that goes well with warmed sake 😋. It's moderately dry and has a nice umami flavor: ❣️ This combination is awesome 😆. I used to specialize in cold sake, but from now on I'd like to enjoy heated sake more often 🙏.
