Among the Mimuro cedars, Watarabune-2 that I hadn't had yet: ❣️ It is said to be the first release in 2 years, but some stores in Nara have already sold out 💦. I was able to get it this time. Excited about the bright label♪ The taste is juicy and sweet, just like Mimuro 😋. It has a clean and smooth taste and you can't stop drinking it 😍. It's more gorgeous than the normal Jungin, just like the color of the label 😆. It was delicious ✨

Takashimaya Sake Festival Loot #2 I bought a completely unknown Shimane sake from the San'in Sake booth. The rice was Sakonishiki from Shimane Prefecture, a variety I had never heard of before. The staff was very nice and the tasting was impressive, so I bought a bottle 👛. The contents are as solid as the stylish label 😋. It's more of a classic type? It's not so strong and has a mildly sharp, mellow dry taste. It's easy to drink and good as a mid-meal drink 👍. I grilled some swordfish that my brother-in-law caught for me and drank it with the fish. I'm sure you can try some sake that you don't know. ☺️

First time to try Hououmida Hiyoroshi♪ We had Satoteru's 4 hits and Noisy's 2 homers to go with it 🙏. It's been quite a while since I've had a Hououmida, but the hiyaoroshi Yamadanishiki version has an overwhelming sweetness and deliciousness with a sense of maturity 😆. I can understand why Manachie-san described it as "erotic" (*'omega'*). I didn't know Yamadanishiki could also be this sexy 🤭. I'd like to try the Ihyakumangoku version of Black Label too 🤤🤤.

First Fierce Tiger Corps Ale achievement in 18 years🎊㊗️❣️ That was a long time 😭 You guys did a great job 🙌 Here's the flax cat spark opening that was prepared for this day 🍾. Instead of a tiger🐅, it's a cat drink🐈😁. This is my first time to drink Flax Cat Spark, but this acidity, fruity and drinkability is as expected from Shinsei ❣️ It's a different dimension of deliciousness 😆. It's a low alcohol drink with a nice shwash, and on a night like this, I can't stop drinking it 😋♪ I never thought I'd open it the same day I bought it😅

I went to the Sake Festival at Osaka Takashimaya ❣️ I tasted many different kinds of sake and couldn't decide which one to buy, but I decided to have a bottle of Kikuhime, a sake I've had for a long time 😆. I had a bottle of Kikuhime in Kanazawa where I lived when I was young. I was able to talk to the brewer there and chose Hiyayogoshi, which was also a great tasting. I had it cold, and it was a delicious mix of nostalgia and novelty: rich, classic, and juicy like a ripe melon 😋.

I got this triple crown 👑❣️ last month on a trip to Kurashiki. As a small boy who loved reading Mr. Shinji Mizushima's "Abusan", it was one I really wanted to try 😂. It's a Junmai Daiginjo from Omachi, so it's a bit pricey, but it's as good as I expected it to be: ❣️ It's refreshing, but it also has the umami of Omachi, with a well-balanced sweetness and spiciness 😊. It's a good thing they call themselves the "Triple Crown" 👍. It went well with the pickled makari we also bought in Kurashiki 🤤. Speaking of the Triple Crown, I hear that Kondo of the Hawks is in a position to aim for the Triple Crown this year, following Murakami last year 🫢. I'm not a Hawks fan, but I really hope he achieves the feat. ⚾️

My first Ehime sake 🍶 through my old and new account. This time I was fortunate enough to finally buy it: ☺️ It's like an autumn sake, mellow and rounded ✨. The sweetness and spiciness and depth of flavor are also nice 👍. The alcohol content is slightly high at 17.5 degrees, so I enjoy it with autumn eggplant 🍆 while sipping it 😋. I am looking forward to the combination of autumn sake and autumn flavors from now on 😊.

It's hard to feel the arrival of autumn these days 🥵. Various autumn sakes are starting to appear, but it's still too early for hiyaoroshi, so we summoned this Shinomine autumn sake: ❗️ It's a Yamahai Nama-zake Autumn Sake, so it has a slight bubbly taste and a sourness that comes from the Yamahai method. It has a slight bubbly taste and the acidity derived from Yamahai is perfect for this still hot season. The taste is sharp and crisp while still having the flavor of an autumn sake. ⭐️ It's a sake that will whet your appetite too👍Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ❤️ Shinomine is delicious no matter which one you drink 🤤🤤.

The spoils of the Hirakata expedition 🙂. Ni-Rabbit's 333 years commemorative sake✨. Amazing history 😲! The label also has a rabbit 🐇 with a rainbow 🌈 to make you feel good ✨! The first day the bottle is open, it tastes like a Junmai Daiginjo with a clean and crisp taste. On the second day, the taste opens up and it becomes an excellent sake with a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, acidity, heaviness, lightness, and smoothness 😆. It was so smooth that I couldn't keep it until the 3rd day 😅.

I couldn't wait until the fireworks launch on October 1 and opened the bottle due to availability (^_^;) This is the first time I've had the Yamadanishiki version of 507 👀. The coloring on the label is cool ✨ The bubbles are as expected from the Kaze no Mori. I like that it is dry and crisp without much sweetness. Good with food. This is what happens when Kaze no Mori is brewed with Yamadanishiki. It was also very nice and cost-effective 👍.

While I went to pick up my daughter's lost and found at the bus office in Kyoto, I went to Hirakata and stopped by Sake no Yamamoto Honten. They are starting to release fall sake, and I had a hard time deciding what to get, but I got the Akabu, which I haven't had in a while 😆. This label always attracts me 💕💕. This is the second time I've had this Jungin, and it's still fruity, just the right amount of sweetness, and soooo good! Saiko 🙆‍♂️ This is one of the brands I'd like to see in Nara, but it must be difficult 🤫.

Mimuro cedar Bodhidhara is a first for me😙. The wooden vat version is a bit out of my price range, but this one is reasonably priced and I'm thankful for it 😌. The label is classy and the taste is very fruity, but it tastes like melon. The low alcohol content of 13% makes it refreshing, but the melon-like richness, sweetness, and deliciousness are irresistible 😋. I never thought that sake brewed with a sake mother that has been handed down from ancient times could be made into such a modern and delicious sake by Mr. Imanishi 🫢. I'm impressed. I was able to drink it smoothly, feeling that this sake must also be a big seller 🙏.

Hakkaisan, my father's favorite before his death⛰️ I received this from a friend of mine who is a good drinker 🙏. It's been quite a while since I've had it, but I know it's a good sake, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. It's a well-balanced food sake, with a light and dry taste typical of Niigata, but also a bit modern 😊. Fruity and crisp, it is easy to drink and perfect for summer ✨It was delicious 😋. The latest trendy sake is good, but there are also a variety of delicious traditional sake 😆.

Second bottle of Saga Sake this month🍶. It is Halcyon by Koei Kiku. I was able to buy it safely after last year 🙂. This year's Haru is dry at first, with the bitterness and effervescence that only Koei Kiku can offer. Then the restrained fruity and sweetness follows 😋. A refreshing tasting sake perfect for this time of year ❣️ The reason why I don't slow down drinking sake in this hot weather is because of this kind of sake 😁.

This time, I drank Nara sake. This time, I'm going to drink Nara sake. The blue color of the label is cool and refreshing. It is an unfiltered raw Akaban Omachi sake, but it has a refreshing sweetness and deliciousness like ramune 😆 Delicious! Delicious 😆 ❤️ Shinomine is all delicious 🤤! I'm going to start working hard tomorrow with this 💪.

During my trip to Awaji Island, I bought a bottle of local sake, Sennenichi. It was a pity that I could not visit the brewery 😢. I hadn't been to Awaji Island in more than 10 years, but it was nice because of its rich nature, delicious food, easy access from Kansai, and resort-like atmosphere👍. The sake produced on Awaji Island is mellow and has a great taste 😋, but not too peculiar. But it was not so peculiar, it was an easy to drink sake that goes well with all meals 😊.

I was lucky enough to get a bottle of Nabeshima summer sake, Summer Moon🌕, so I opened the bottle on an exciting night before the holidays🍾. The label is indescribably atmospheric and nice ✨. It was a bit of a squeak, but not a sizzle. The taste is basically sweet but smooth with a slight bitter accent, a bit different from Tokujun or Jungin 🤔. Overall, it's a summer sake with Nabeshima's typical umami flavor and the refreshing feeling that only aruzoe can give 😋. It's sinking in 🌙✨. Finally got to join the Nabeshima club 😙.

It's been a long time since I've seen it. This is my first time to buy this "Kiwami", but I bought it because it was my brother's favorite at the store and the silver label also attracted me 👛. I originally liked this brand, but this Kiwami is amazing ❣️ It is slightly sweet, but balanced at a high level, easy to drink and deliciously juicy, and can be enjoyed in any season 😋. It's a great reminder of the power of the figure 👍. I emptied a four-pack in two days😅.

I bought this bottle on a trip to Kurashiki. It is called "Kurashiki no shu" (Kurashiki sake) by Kikuchi Shuzo of Sanzen 😙. It is a fire-aged jungin made with Yamada-Nishiki, and while it is clean and dry, it also has a good umami flavor, making it a good mid-meal sake👍! I paired it with some grilled makari I also bought in Kurashiki and enjoyed the marriage 😋. I wish I had bought it in a four-pack. I would like to have a bottle of Sanzen someday.

Summer Mitsuo: ❣️ The kappa on the label is cute😍. Shield River is in charge this time. I haven't had Shield River yet, so I guess this is my debut? It has a clean mouthfeel, as if it were a well-polished junmai daiginjo spec. But it also has a strong umami flavor, making it an excellent sake for this time of year 😋. I am sure it will go well with 🥒 cucumbers! It was such a nice sake that I wanted to drink it with Mitsuo and Kappa-kun on this label 💕.

The person with the bottle on his head is a character created by the brewery. The one eating a cucumber🥒. Cucumbers are a kappa's favorite food: ❣️ Kappa is the god of water, and if the plate on its head dries up, it will die, so it rehydrates itself with sake.
