Work is coming to a climax😱. Let's have the drinks we want to have before our bodies break down 🕺. Today I opened a bottle of one of my favorite Gunma sake, Sei no Jungin Yamada Nishiki 🍾. The label is still as cute as ever👍! The taste is mellow, rich, juicy, and full of the goodness of Yamadanishiki 😋. The second day, it had a slightly ripe melon flavor. This is really good 🥹. It will relieve the fatigue of the week ✨.

First Fukuoka sake on my new account. It is Ikegame from Kurume 🐢. The label is a cute goldfish: ❤️ This is my first time drinking Ikegame, and while it is a junmai sake, it also has a bit of ginjo aroma, which gives it a nice cosiness 😙. It has a refreshing and crisp summery taste, with just the right amount of sweetness and umami that won't interfere with your meal 😋. It went well with meat, fish, and vegetables👍. Thanks to the sake brewery and the store that recommended it to us 🙏!

Cat label that caught my eye at the store🐈. I love you? I Love You? I LOVE Takeyuki ❗️ It's a CWS product of that Takeyuki. The expression on the cat's face, the text on the label, and the yuletide look are a little funny 🤭. As for the taste, it's shwashy, slightly sweet and refreshing✨. I didn't get the sourness I was expecting, but it was refreshing, mildly sharp, and delicious 😺.

I couldn't decide between "Natsu Rin" and "Ao", but I chose "Ao" because of the vivid blue color of the brand's lettering. It was served cold. It has a refreshing acidity, sharpness, and a little sweetness. Overall, it is refreshing. It has a fresh and juicy flavor, which is typical of nama sake, and goes well with a meal. It's been raining ☂️ continuously lately, and it's annoying. This is a perfect one for this time of the year☝️ I bought it immediately after watching Horiichi's video❣️ I love the colorful umbrella label ✨. It is slightly cloudy. Uranashi" is a weather term for the Tango region, where sudden rain tends to fall. Don't forget your umbrella even if you forget your lunch box" - I used to hear this saying in Kanazawa, where I used to live. ☔️ I have to preface this long, but it tastes a little shwashy, crisp and fruity, with a pleasant sweet and sour taste 😆. It is made from edible rice, but it is not inferior to sake rice. I recommend it even to those who do not like sake! It's a gorgeous and uplifting sake 😆. It's similar to the Flax Cat 🤔 in terms of the sake I've had so far. I can buy Shirakikyu near me and I want to try many more.

It's been a long time since I've been out drinking 🍣. This is my first time to drink at sushi restaurant 😋. We had the Kindai Tuna and toasted with a sake brewed with Yamada Nishiki grown in Kindai on the menu. This sake was brewed by Ryujinmaru's Takagaki Sake Brewery 😮‼️ This is delicious! It has spiciness, acidity, and richness, with just the right amount of kick to wash away the fat from the fish 🤤. This kind of sake goes well with sushi - blissful❤️ It's not just tuna🐟! It's a great university 😆.

さけのわのレジェンド・えりりん様のご帰還を祝して、今夜は岩手酒を開栓🍾 喜久盛酒造さんのタクシードライバー🚕❗️ 地元の成城石井で発見し、我が家へお連れしました😆 色味がかった一杯をまずは冷やで。 うん、確かに若干クセはあるけど、このコク旨みはいいなぁ。思ったより飲みやすくてイイです👍 推奨のお燗でもいただきましたが、味がクリアになって酸味も増し、これもまた旨し😋 人によって好み分かれるかもですが、ボクは好き❣️ ラベル奇抜だけど、リピートしたいお酒でした😊♪

The bottle is cool to look at and the label 🏝️ The taste is just as refreshing as I imagined, with just the right amount of umami and spiciness. Not very punchy, but an excellent food sake that can be drunk easily. I was pleasantly intoxicated. Choryu is also a good sake, although it is not nationally known: ☺️

This one has become a summer staple 🫱. The hydrangeas in my garden haven't even bloomed yet, but I couldn't resist and had some 🙏. Oh, I'm so glad it has this wonderful aroma, a full-bodied flavor that sets it apart from the refreshing summer sake, and a healthy alcohol taste 😋. It's recommended to drink on the rocks, but I just went straight for it 🤭ummmmah! I have a theory that it also tastes great warmed up, so I'm going to try it next time!

Lately I've been drinking sake from Nara, Gunma, Nagano, Gifu, and other sea-less prefectures (as it happens 😅). So this time I got Yatagarasu 🐦‍⬛ from Kitaoka Honten, an old and powerful brewery in Nara. Yatagarasu is a classic type of sake like Yoshino cedar barrel sake, but recently it has been replaced and this one was made by a 30 year old master brewer 😳. The taste is really Yatagarasu? The flavor is slightly sweet, soft, and modern. The alcohol content is light at 12%, making it easy to drink and recommended for beginners. It was especially good on the second day of opening the bottle👍. It may not be enough for those who prefer the classics, but it was a satisfying bottle for me😇. This one is from Yamadanishiki, and there was a similar label that used Koshihikari, but I wonder how it tastes 🤔.

Long time no see Tamatsukuri Kimura Sake Shop ❣️ The store is small, but the staff is very nice and the selection of products is nice 👍 This time, I got a bottle of W, which I had been curious about for a while 💟. They had a variety of sake rice, but I decided to start with Kinmon-nishiki, a sake rice I had never heard of. It has a freshness that is typical for a fresh sake, and a gorgeous flavor as I had imagined 😍. It's sweet with a unique richness and bitterness. This is good ❗️ My wife liked it too 😙.

Welcome to another year❗️Mimuro's Summer Sake☀️❗️ It's early... Summer sake already 😗. Refreshing as ever, just like a Ramune ἗. It goes down so easy 😆. Sake sales are down in the summer, but this year we can only stock a limited number of bottles, so we will probably sell out soon, says the owner of the store. My favorite Gunma sake, Macho💪. This King👑 completes the regular Macho series: ❗️ This Yamadanishiki version is also very easy-drinking, juicy, and has a great muscle-building flavor, despite the low rice polishing 👍! In the end, all of the Macho series are delicious and hard to rank, but I think Gori-san🦍 is my favorite 😋😋. I think I'll try the Oibai series next...

Gunma has quite a few sakes that I like, but this is the first time I've had Luka. We had a nigori jungin made with red yeast 🙏. The pink lees is beautiful and fantastic😻 It's so refreshing and citrusy sweet and sour 🍊. Just as good as expected 😋! Another one of my favorite Gunma sake.

After a successful work week, we opened a bottle of our favorite "Sami" wine. This is the first time for me to drink the special pure spec, but it seems to have a thicker and sweeter impression than the others... 🙄. I guess I would recommend drinking it after a meal while savoring it on its own rather than during a meal. In any case, I'm sure it's delicious👍I can feel the high level of Imi from here as well 🙂. It's been a while since I opened a bottle of Tamagawa ❣️ during the holidays (but I worked 3, 4, and 5 😭). Mya 💕, crowned with a kitty 🐈 with a brewery. It's a little on the light side for a Tamagawa, but it's just right for this time of year 😋, but still has the typical Tamagawa umami and richness👍. This model can be recommended for Tamagawa beginners. ☝️ I hope to meet Mya-chan too 😸!
