This is the first time for me to try Iwaki Kotobuki's light nigori.
I had an image of it being sharp and dry, but it is slightly sweet and the umami of the rice expands in the mouth, giving it a rich taste 😋.
The price is also very reasonable and I am very thankful for that 👛.
The quality is so high that it's hard to believe it's a honjozo spec, and it's delicious 🙏.
