Especially this hiya oroshi, which is sold out 💦 if you're a little late to the store.
We managed to get some this year too 🥹.
The elegant fruity sweetness and rich umami taste are great 😋.
It has all the charm of Mimuro cedar!
It was thick but it was gone in no time at all 😆.
It's a bottle that I definitely want to keep for next year 👍
