Back in December, on the way back from taking my mother to Hase Temple in Sakurai, we stopped by Miwa Sake Brewery for the first time 👀.
They had just released their first shibori, so I bought a bottle 😙.
It's been a while since I've had Kanji Mimuro, but it's still good too 😋.
I think it tastes more like the hiragana version.
It is fresh, creamy, sweet and tasty, just as I expected 👍.
I hope to enjoy a variety of delicious Nara sake this year 😊.
