It's been a while since I've had a Houou Mita 🍶. The moment you open the bottle, the bubbles rise and the aroma is beautiful. A refreshing sweetness followed by a pleasant bitterness. It's so good 😳! The image of Hououmida has changed! This is a bargain at just under 1,000 yen 🉐!

First sake from Hiroshima 🍶⛩️ It is made with Hiroshima's Hachitan-Nishiki and Koiomachi, and has a mild umami and a crisp, clean finish with a lingering alcohol taste. A great sake to drink 🤣.

First time at Yamashiroya 🍶. The moment I opened the aluminum cap, the cork flew off the bottle 😳. The pink bottle looks sweet but it tastes crisp and dry! It's a perfect chugori on a hot day. ☀️

My first Kanagawa Prefecture drink 🍶. I'm a local, but I've never had it before 🙇. I bought it because of the cherry blossom label 🌸 Slightly sweet and refreshingly acidic, with a smooth taste. I think it would go well with sashimi and sushi. I had a nabe today.... I'm sure it's a good one... 🍲.

First Bakuren, and it's a black bakuren: ⚫️ I'm not a big fan of dry sake, but I took a chance and bought it 💸. When I drank it, I found that it has a mild mouthfeel and a sharp aftertaste. It's not spicy at all, it's just a nice aftertaste that lingers. Be careful not to drink too much.
