It's been a long time since I've had a Lomang 🍶. It was my first time to drink a light nigori, and it was easy to drink and never get tired of the soft sweetness, gasiness, and a little bitterness in the aftertaste! It was my first sake in a long time, so it soaked through my body 🤣.

Today is Setsubun 👹 & our wedding anniversary (we both forgot 💦). Anyway, it's a happy day, so we went to Koyama Sake Shop to buy some sake! Hatsuyamori🍶It smells like pineapple and tastes sweet and bitter. I thought it would be spicier, but it's extremely tasty 🤪.

I've been curious about this sake every year but never got around to buying it. It's sweet but has a clean aftertaste so you never get tired of drinking it 😋 Miyakanume is still delicious! It went well with oden today 🍢.

It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Tenmei. The last one I drank was so good that I bought it without hesitation! Amami dry? I couldn't imagine it, but it is a dry sake with a slight sparkle, a gentle sweetness, a sharp bitterness, and a sharpness that is typical of Amami. It's a bad wine that I couldn't help but drink too much of 🥰.

I really wanted to have sashimi and sake at the end of the holiday weekend, so I rode my bicycle to Hiyoshi 🚴. I took the sake shop course from the fish shop and bought Yamamoto 🍶. It has a rich and thick flavor, but not too heavy and crisp. The comment on the back of the label also made me chuckle 🤭.

It was hot again today, so I went to the local liquor store 🚴 on my way home from the pool. I bought a bottle of the newly arrived Hatsuzawa Hime 🍶. It has a fresh mouthfeel and a crisp finish. It has a nice mouthfeel, so you can drink it easily, but it also has a strong alcohol taste. It is the perfect sake for a hot day. ☀️
