First time drinking in Fukuoka Prefecture🍶. Pair it with sesame mackerel, a business trip souvenir! Shocked at this price for a Junmai Daiginjo 🫨. Milky sweetness and umami! But the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing! I'm sure I'll be buying it again 🉐.

First rainfall ☔. I've always wanted to drink this since it's from Kanagawa prefecture. It has a tight mouthfeel with a full-bodied umami flavor and a dry aftertaste. Delicious sake with a long aftertaste of Omachi-like umami 🍶.

A souvenir from my own business trip last week 🍶. It was my first time to drink Shirakikyu, and I couldn't imagine what it would taste like with rice and various yeasts used, but when I drank it, I found it had a nice acidity and sharpness, and I finished it in no time at all! It went perfectly with the miso konnyaku as a snack 🗻.

Solo Obon Holiday I really wanted to eat sashimi and sake, so I skipped the bike 🚲. I went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of Kitajima sake. I was struck by the impact of the label and the owner's recommendation to drink it on the rocks and at 20 degrees Celsius. It was a great lunch with sushi and on the rocks 🍣.

Finally got my taste buds back after Corona, so it's been a while since I've had sake 🍶. My favorite Masumi, my first Jikkuro ⚫️ More acidic and refreshing than I expected! It tastes different from my favorite Hakumyo, but it's a smart sake that I never get tired of drinking!

Today is Setsubun 👹 & our wedding anniversary (we both forgot 💦). Anyway, it's a happy day, so we went to Koyama Sake Shop to buy some sake! Hatsuyamori🍶It smells like pineapple and tastes sweet and bitter. I thought it would be spicier, but it's extremely tasty 🤪.
