Sendai Sorozoro⑥ Osaka's Kata no Sakura We also had a sake tasting of Kabishin, Morimasu, and Kaika's Risshun Asashimusubori. Some of you may have noticed that Sakeya Iijima sells sake only in the Tohoku and Niigata regions. Sakeya Iijima is a sake shop that sells sake from outside of Tohoku and Niigata. Sake from the Kanto region and westward is their main product. The lineup is carefully selected by the owner, who is a sake master. You can enjoy a variety of sake in a kaku-uchi style, and the snacks are delicious! It's a nice place! Thank you very much!

The aroma is very nice, though it is not too strong for a sake with a high level of "kanbai" (plum) fragrance! The mouthfeel is sweet and delicious, which is its specialty, but it seems a little more acidic than the others. However, the fragrant aftertaste and the mild acid bitterness that cuts through moistly complete the rounded deliciousness. The rounded flavor is completed by the mild acidity and bitter aftertaste. The raw wakame seaweed served with hot soup stock was also excellent. I've been eating a lot of wakame lately, but it's from the same section. After warming up with a ponzu sour and other drinks, we had their specialty, two kinds of pig's feet, and their original brand of sake. Oh, it's Momokawa, isn't it? It's a very sweet and tasty sake, but the koji aroma is a bit strong. If it is this salty after taking it out of the refrigerator, it will be a bit bitter at room temperature. We had a variety of dishes such as boiled spinach, sauteed mouka shark with mushrooms, etc. The last dish was Sanriku wakame (seaweed) shabu-shabu. This is the brown raw wakame that turns a brilliant dark green when dipped into the broth. The last dish was a shabushabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu shabu. The ginjo aroma of the top shelf aroma is modest, but the moment it enters the mouth, it bursts with a gassy, sweet and fruity aroma that is a must. The aroma, which was reserved, is more like a hint or aftertaste, and the fruitiness can be enjoyed. The richness of the lees, the lactic acidity, and the fluffy acid bitterness. Too good to be true! This is the second time Yui Yui has been sold since the fire one. Last time it was a black label sold with a copy of the remaining label pasted on it. This time, we will have a hybrid label and stopper made by Sanzen Sakura, with Yui Yui as the manufacturer. This time, the label is Yui Yui and the stopper is Sansei Sakura. The aroma of the top is a modest ginjo aroma. The first impression was a fruity taste with a refreshing sweetness and umami! My first impression was "fruitiness! Last weekend, 2/8, was my birthday. Sake no Wadehan, MAJ, and famous people like J. Dean, Sonraku VI, Nagao Keitora, etc. have the same birthday. We brought the food we bought at Lopia and Tobiroki to our favorite snack bar and started a small birthday party! The lineup was heavy on visa, yakitori, and amatriciana, just like me. I also bought some codfish, which I had seen fit to buy, so it was a grand affair. It's been a while since I drank Tobiroki's Tokujun, but it had more umami than I expected, and I was pleasantly satisfied. This year's Tokujun is a must-try. My wife gave me a netsuke of Kannon-sama for my birthday. I was looking for a good one, so I am very happy! I'm going to put it on and do my best in this year's kijari. We found a new product at Yamaya! We've been enjoying the Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake in white packets for quite a while, and now we have a Daiginjo Nama Sake in a gray packet. The price is also a bit expensive: 1,800 ml Jungin is priced at 1,980 yen, while the Daiginjo is priced at over 2,500 yen. However, I think it is quite reasonable for a raw Daiginjo. The nose has a fruity aroma, but it also has a strong alcohol taste. The mouthfeel is light and dry with a hint of sweetness and ample umami. While the fruity aftertaste is felt, the acid bitterness at the end is crisp and clear. It was hard on the first day, but the flavor gradually opened up and was good from the second day. It goes great with salted sea squirt from Kai On-chan, the shop where we always buy sea squirts. Don't abuse me, I'm not allowed to say "sake" without permission. 〜Hoya is great with sake in summer or winter! Thank you very much for the food!

An incoming message from a nice old lady from Akita He said he bought this when he went back to Akita. Onogawa is famous for Tenka, but this is the first time I have seen it. Is it a limited edition sake for Akita Prefecture? However, knowing the potential of Amahana, I can only have high expectations for this sake, even though it was my first time to taste it. I don't detect much of an upfront aroma, but there is a nice sweetness and then a sizzling umami flavor. Surprisingly, the acidity was moderate, but it was also very floral and gently cutting. A gift from an old friend, a gay man. He runs a bar in Kokubuncho, Sendai, and although it is an okama bar, it also serves Hiroshima sake. He was originally a big fan of Hoho sake, but he also got hooked on Kamokin, which he happened to buy by accident, and gave it to me as a year-end gift at the end of last year. When the bottle was first opened, it was very easy to get used to, with a crisp gaseous sensation and sweet acidity, and was simply a delicious sake. After two days of drinking, the gaseous sensation disappeared and the elegant sweetness and umami that is typical of Aizan increased. It's a tag-team sake from Kadoden Brewery, which is also known as a metamorphosis of rice, and Hagino Brewery, which is known as one of the best sweet and sour brewers in Miyagi Prefecture. While the heady aroma is modest, the tangy gassiness gives the sake a strong umami presence. The sweetness and acidity typical of Hagino Brewery are also present. It is covered with lees and is very satisfying to drink! It is a dangerous sake with a sharpness that makes it easy to drink. Please don't abuse it. At my suggestion, the mama always carries Hirotogawa, her favorite sake, so I asked her if she had any Junmai Nigori. So we decided to go there. Hi, there it is! There it was! The first Junmai nigori of the year. It has a wonderful gradation of sweetness and acidity from a tangy gasiness! The price has gone up recently, but it is still a great sake with high cost performance. This restaurant is only a 4-minute walk from our house, so we took the time to go there. I thought, "When am I going to drink this? I wondered when I would be able to open the bottle after keeping it in ice temperature for more than a year. I'm going to start chanting after a long time. ♫ HANAMURA 　　Jyundai! 　　　Aaaaayyyyyy! ♫ Wakameto 　　Ankake de 　　　Aiiiiiima! The elegant sweetness and umami that is typical of Aiyama. The acidity from the sweetness and umami. Great clarity and balance. The softness of the finish. Well, it is the best! I had asked the brewer about it, but they replied that they do not distribute in Tohoku, so I bought a bottle on my way back from a memorial service in Chiba. The top aroma is softly fruity. The mouthfeel is fruity, sweet and acidic, and has a strong umami. The acidity and bitterness at the end are mild, and it is nice enough on its own.
