Timeline
ラル大佐The second is Moriizumi.
It is a minor brand, but it is a brewery located in Iwadeyama, Osaki City. It is by no means a DIY-loving model.
It has nothing to do with the DIY model.
The aroma is almost imperceptible.
The mouthfeel is crisp, dry, and moderately tasty. It is a classic light and dry Miyagi sake. As the temperature rises in the mouth, the aroma of rice rises, and the taste is cut off gently with acidity and bitterness.
When combined with a cup of Wagi-no-Shirayu (Japanese white hot water), the flavor and aroma opened up at once. It is suitable for warming sake.
There are two Moritami breweries in Miyagi Prefecture: Sendai and Iwadeyama. Each Morimin brewery is located under the castle where Masamune resided. There seems to be some kind of history behind it.
Don't abuse me, I'll just say sake words on my own.
〜The calves of a beautiful woman after a hot bath
Thank you for the treat! BrubeckRikuzen tasted sake from Osaki and Iwadeyama.
It is a mellow sake from the north. It has a soft and mellow sweetness.
It was a truly delicious sake, which pleased my sweet-tooth preference. よいどれ♪🥂.
There are two Morimin breweries in Miyagi Prefecture,
Moritami is brewed in Sendai City by the main family (Moritami) and in Osaki City by a branch family (Morizumi).
Morizumi is my father's hometown sake, so I drink it every year, but this was my first time drinking this sake, and it was refreshing and easy to drink 😋. KAZUSpecial Junmai, domestic rice, 60%, 15%.
Overall, it is sweet with mild umami. The aftertaste is bitter and full-bodied. テイクファイブIt is packed with all the umami of sake without being sweet, rich, or cloying. It is an amazing sake.
It can be used as a food sake, but it is too good to be wasted. yoyoI bought a bottle of alcohol that I was curious about. If I hadn't thought about it, the alcohol is 20% higher...
It was "super dry" as the word says. It is quite pungent but delicious. It goes down your throat with a gusto. However, it is an easy to drink sake.
It would be a delicious sake on the rocks. りゅうぱぱA small local sake brewery in Miyagi, this sake is sweet and tasty with a gentle alcohol taste, just like old-fashioned sake 😊.
My personal evaluation
★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆ かっこIt has a robust aroma and a yogurt-like acidity. The mouthfeel is light, but then a strong flavor comes up quickly. There is a hint of sweetness. The alcohol content is high at 17%, and there is a slight alcohol taste and bitterness in the aftertaste.
Overall, it has a solid, rustic flavor. It is very drinkable. Not my personal favorite. 日本酒飲む男A little richness, but almost no aroma.
Aftertaste is a little sweet. 三丁目The same brewing method as in the past.
The simple taste of the dry taste is well balanced.
The aroma that goes through the nose is pleasant✨. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
