I bought a bottle of alcohol that I was curious about. If I hadn't thought about it, the alcohol is 20% higher...
It was "super dry" as the word says. It is quite pungent but delicious. It goes down your throat with a gusto. However, it is an easy to drink sake.
It would be a delicious sake on the rocks.

It has a robust aroma and a yogurt-like acidity. The mouthfeel is light, but then a strong flavor comes up quickly. There is a hint of sweetness. The alcohol content is high at 17%, and there is a slight alcohol taste and bitterness in the aftertaste.
Overall, it has a solid, rustic flavor. It is very drinkable. Not my personal favorite.

This is the sake from my dad's hometown, and it's the delicious sake that got me hooked on raw sake! It's freshly squeezed, the yeast and enzymes are still active, and it's raw 🤤 fresh and has a pleasant koji aroma! It's the kind of sake that makes you eat and drink too much 😋.
This is another very tasty sake that I always drink every year.

It makes you feel as if you just sipped the sake from the tank. The must has a refreshing fresh taste with the alcohol and the carbonation coming off the must, so the taste exceeds the alcohol content. The label is getting more and more detailed every year.
