Aikoku" sake rice from the Meiji era, grown by contract farmers in the local Murata-machi area, has been reprinted. Kenkunichi has the image of a sake brewery that values the flavor or depth of the rice. This sake also has the distinctive characteristics of carefully brewed sake rice. I tried it at room temperature to lukewarm, and I felt the depth and breadth of flavor at each temperature range. Early summer greenery and fresh breeze... We enjoyed it while remembering the thoughts of our predecessors, going back to the Showa period and even to the Meiji period.

At Echigoya in Fukushima City There were three Hanamup labels on display. I got this one, "Omachi". It has a mildly sweet aroma on the nose. When you put it in your mouth, the soft umami expands and you feel the sweetness like ripe white grapes. It has a fresh nuance that cuts through the throat.... Sake-no-wa: As you can see from everyone's evaluation, this is an excellent sake.

When the bottle is opened, the fruity aroma reminds one of muscat / ripe melon. In the mouth, the soft umami and fine acidity spreads without any cloying taste, and it goes down the throat smoothly. It is a very delicious sake to be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere.

As the master brewer says, it is a bottle of his best effort. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel a sense of happiness. We received this precious sake. I could not take a break from work during the year-end and New Year's holidays. I was thankful for the health of my family and enjoyed the sake with all my heart.
