The other day, I went shopping in town and found a Tohoku products exhibition in Ichibancho, Sendai. Sake, too, right?
So I bought this sake, which I was not sure if it was available in Sendai. I was also thinking about buying Tenmei, but Tenmei is also available here.
Toyokuni itself is a new brand for me, so I imagined it to be a dry classical sake, but how is it?
I didn't feel the aroma of the top.
The mouthfeel is dry at the base, but it has a great umami! The aftertaste, which has a slight sake-like aftertaste, and the acid bitterness at the end are very smooth. The lingering umami flavor remains in the mouth.
This is good! We enjoyed it with pickled Chinese cabbage.

Thank you very much for the food!
