Last weekend we had another kijen performance. This time, I was asked to lead the "Onori" (a traditional Japanese dance performance) at the Shinzan Ceremony, which was held to replace the temple's chief priest. I was asked to be the leader of the "Onori" (or parade), but I was so nervous that I messed up at the beginning of the performance😅. We had 4 cameras and even a drone flying around filming, so I felt like I messed up 😭. I got myself together with my wife and we had a launch party. We went to a nearby izakaya (Japanese-style pub). The proprietress loves Toyobai, so we brought a bottle of Jyushidai to a place that has a good selection of Toyobai. The aroma of the top shelf was mmmm! The top aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma that comes with a "mmm! The mouthfeel has the dense sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki. The mouthfeel is clear and clear, yet it has the rich sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki. It is already delicious from the moment you sip it! From the fine fruity aftertaste, it is cut off beautifully with a light acid bitterness. The sweetness lingers for a long time. The year's kijo presentation is over with the kijo I messed up.
