I bought some sushi with my favorite boiled conger eel besides western style snacks at the department store....
I opened the bottle thinking it would go well with this dry sake... ^ ^
The aroma is of rice with a harsh taste ⁈It's hard to describe σ(^_^;)
It has a dry and sharp taste, but I thought it didn't go well with the sweet sauce of conger eel (T . T). T)
It's difficult to find the right marriage (>_<)

Pon-chan is a handsome conger eel lover too.
I like the one with sweet sauce, but I like the grilled one the best ♡♡♡.
I'll try it next time and see if sweet x sweet goes better with it.
