mamiko
Kameido and Kameido...it seems to be a Kyoto sake called Kameido that can only be bought at a certain sake shop in Kameido, Tokyo ^ ^.
I was curious about this sake because it was recommended by the izakaya I went to today, and it was a dry sake with an undisclosed taste 🍶, easy to drink and refreshing.
It went well with the sashimi of red tuna and seared sea bream, and it was not too spicy nor too sweet, and was as easy to drink as described.

Good evening, mamiko!
I thought it was a Tokyo sake when I saw the label, but it's a Fushimi sake 😳️‼️and that's rare too!
Kyoto sake tastes sweet, but this one is dry. It looks like it would go well with a meal.

Good evening, Pon-chan!
I, too, was surprised to know that Kyoto's sake is 🍶! ^ ^
I don't know if it's a coincidence or if it's a connection to the "Meido", but it was an unregistered sake....
I've been drinking a lot of Kyoto sake lately.
