To summarize, the rice polishing ratio is 44%, which is different from Myoki-chan's 45%, but even 1% can change the taste, so it is called "Mahai" Mystery 😄. Now, "maha" is a Sanskrit word meaning "great" or "excellent". Unfortunately, I haven't had Fushigi-chan, so I can't compare 😅. Slight sourness to soft and sweet mouthfeel😊. Hito also has a sweet fullness feeling ☺️ I can drink it swishy! 🍶 It's a mysterious but stable Kudokitoe quality 😄.

The best drink at the Abeno Harukas Sake Expo 🍶. Great sweetness👍. Full-bodied, no cloying taste! And yet it has a nice sharpness 🆗. It's like a syrup 😄. I can drink more and more 😄 I didn't know there was a brewery in Kumamoto that makes this kind of sake! I was shocked 🫨. If I see it again, I'll definitely repeat 😄.

The description is as follows This product was awarded the First Prize in the Junmai-shu category of the 2023 Yamaguchi Prefecture New Sake Competition, which was held under the new judging standard of less than 5 PPM ethyl caproate. The price is cheap. It is inexpensive, after all. It is priced at 1,200 yen without tax (4 gou bottles). Toyo Bijin Jyundo Ittou is also made from Yamadanishiki and has a sweet, elegant taste. Bessen is less than 60% polished. It is not as sweet as Jyundo Ittou, so it goes well with food. More volume. It was a sake with a lot of flavor from start to finish. It is suitable as a food sake 😊.

I found this fantastic 😄 at a sake store in Tsu Station, Mie Prefecture, where I was on a business trip. I heard that they have been in business with the company for a long time, so they were handling it. I've wanted to drink it for a long time 🍶. Light on the palate, but with a sudden volume 😳. It's a bit of a surprise 😄. It's a little dry, so it's best with snacks that don't have a strong flavor 😄.

Looking for a sake to drink during Golden Week, nigorimofu w Nigorimofu is the first nigori sake I have had in a long time. First, the supernatant. Slight yogurt flavor, volume there mysterious 😄. Next, stirred. The volume and sweetness increases, and the roughness on the tongue adds an interesting feeling 🤣. Calpis for adults 🍶. Just right for a midday drink 😁.

One item I got at the Kintetsu Abeno Harukas Sake Expo. Hardly available in Kansai, or rather, they hardly ship from Nagaoka City😅. It's a junmai ginjo made from local Nagaoka gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone) 😄. It is a strong-tasting sake with a light and dry image, which is not typical of Niigata! More like a Sado Island sake 🥃. There is a slight sourness and sweetness that you can feel on your tongue, followed by a big volume 😲. It feels like it expands to two levels past the throat! I think it's a sake to enjoy the taste slowly on its own to feel the changes in the mouth 🍶.

Sake obtained at the Kintetsu Abeno Department Store Sake Expo 🍶. I like Harada originally and recently Gengetsu is my favorite 😄. Slight sourness and freshness, with sweetness coming later 😊. I also like the look of the ori settling 🆗. It's a delicious drink😄

One I got at the Sake Expo held at Kintetsu Abeno😄. The brewery in Tokyo 😲. I didn't know it was in Tokyo 😅 The brewery seems to know the area and prepared a map and told us it was here 😅! They told us it was here 😅. It's in Ome city, west of Tokyo. The taste has a slight sourness, followed by a sweet fullness of rice 😄. The aftertaste is refreshing 😁. I paired it with tofu 😁. It is an easy drinking sake 🍶.

My new favorite sake from Hiroshima Prefecture😄. This time it's Kamirai. The rice is Senbon Nishiki, the pride of Hiroshima Prefecture😁. The brewery has been in business for 308 years and is a raw yeast brewery 😊. From the slightly sweet mouthfeel, the volume of the rice swells 🌾. It feels like it spreads out gradually 😆. It's a good sake for a meal 😄.

Sake in Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture The aroma is rather strong, similar to whiskey 😲. Slight sourness and sweetness with a slow rice flavor 😊. Good sharpness, slightly dry sake 🍶. Might be good as a food sake😊.

Purchased at a Tohoku product exhibition at a department store. Label with strong impact😅 The rice swells up after the slight sourness is amazing. Alcoholic feeling through the nose 🍶. The taste of rice remains after drinking 😄. Looks like it would go well with some spicy food😃. It is a peculiar sake, so there are different tastes. Also, each tank seems to have a different sake level 😅.

Sake found at Yamaya. Kamo Nishiki, famous for its packaged sake😄. It has a slight acidity and I wouldn't say it's light and dry, but close to it? It's a versatile all-around food sake 😁.

Moon after rain A somewhat unusual hiragana, Ugo no tsuki Yamada-nishiki version! Nice aroma Sweet from slight acidity, volume of flavor and sharpness! Delicious 😋. This time it was bottle #4, but next time I will repeat with a bottle! 🤣

My first honored chrysanthemum...looking forward to it😊. Opening the bottle.....Spong! A powerful sound! and the stopper hurts my hand 😓. Carbonation beyond Wind Forest ❗️ It bubbles up when you pour it 😅tremendous amount of carbonation 😆. Now the taste is a bit grapey...more than that, carbonation! It's a Ramune, that's what it is. Looks like it would be good with a little acidity 😄. If you look closely, you can see some ori at the bottom of the bottle! It's a living liquor 🍶.

Purchased after tasting at Keihan Department Store I am deeply impressed that they now offer tasting... 😌. Slight acidity and a sense of fullness from the rice 😄. It is a well-balanced sake with sweetness and a nice sharpness 🍶. It is also good as a food sake 😊. I had an image of Niigata sake as being smooth, so I was betrayed in a good way!

Yumi Karahashi's family's famous Homare Sake Brewery They happened to be at a nearby department store. We have not seen each other since the Hankyu Umeda Brewery Festival in September 😄. There were black and white, but I prefer the sweet white one. The black one is a little dry, perfect for a mealtime drink 😀. We also tasted a Junmai Daiginjo-shu made with Banshu Yamadanishiki, which is more than twice the price of the 39% polished one, but this is something else 🤩. It was a very good sake, about 2 times higher in all status 🍶. Now, the Junmai Daiginjo White had a sweet aroma, some bitterness, but soft sweetness and fullness of rice. I would like to repeat this sake again!

What the hell... Mysterious liquor found in a liquor store Polishing ratio 90%, Edible rice, Yellow malted rice for shochu It's so yellow when you pour it into a sake cup. What is this😅 Because it is yellow malted rice for shochu, it smells very sweet. Sourness is... none, sweet. There is a very slight sourness. It is sharp and easy to drink. Not for drinking with food, It is a sake to drink alone 😊.
