Purchased at Hankyu Brewery Festival More gassy than tasting, full of white grapes 😄 Carbonated white grape juice! So that means... Hmmm... it's similar to Kaze no Mori Akitsuho😅. Polishing ratio is also 70%, close to Akitsuho (65%) 😆. Low milled rice perfection 😊.

I tasted it and enjoyed it so I bought it😄. 100% Dewanosato from Yamagata Prefecture Polishing ratio, Kake rice 55 Yeast: Yamagata Ginjo yeast (NF-KA), Association 1801 yeast Slightly sweet, easy to drink with flavor, sweetness and sharpness 🍶😄. You can feel the fullness of the rice as soon as you drink it â Tastes like a 4 digit yeast 😆. Delicious 😄

Instrumental Masamune forte-piano Strong rice swelling from slight acidity...then it disappears quickly 😊. It expresses "forte piano" in taste 🤭. It contains brewer's alcohol... but it's not cheap... it's like the fermentation is controlled by the brewer's alcohol 😊. It's a delicious drink 🍶.

Checking out the liquor section of a department store, this label catches my eye. 😄 Sold by regional trading company Yamaguchi Corporation... The product is manufactured by Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery 😲. I bought it immediately 😄. The fall finish gives the impression of a strong flavor, but... Almost no acidity, sweetness up front, only a hint of alcohol, dark sweetness is the impression 😄... I think it's best to enjoy only sake slowly while feeling the coolness of autumn 😊.

The label 😳 identifies it as Drunken Whale at a glance. This sake is all made in Kochi Prefecture. The yeast is also Kochi A-14 yeast, which seems to be a dry yeast with high isoamyl acetate content. I imagined it would be a little sweet for a junmai daiginjo, but it is a drunken whale, so the sweetness is moderate and the taste is crisp and dry 😄. Perfect as a food sake 😊.

This time I bought 6 bottles at Hankyu Umeda and the brewer's festival😄. This sake is from Saga, Ureshino city, famous for its hot springs. The sake rice is Reihou. It seems to be a sake rice grown in northern Kyushu. First time 😄. It has a soft mouthfeel, soft sweetness, and slowly slips away, all in a gentle way (*^^*). When I looked it up, it was made with Association No. 9 yeast. I'm convinced 😄. Soft mouthfeel characteristic (≧∇≦) I am impressed that such a sake can be made with a rice polishing ratio of 68% 😊. It is a delicious sake 🍶.

Mitsui no Kotobuki in Fukuoka, famous for its dry taste It's labeled with cicada, but there are no cicadas in it😅. If you drink only the top clear, you can feel the acidity in this dry sake 🍶. Strong alcohol 😄. If you drink more nigori, you can enjoy the change of rice flavor added to the acidity 😊. Kamisumi is for a mid-meal drink, while nigori plus is good for mid-meal or by itself.

Hiroshima Sake😄 Long name but... In short, it's a bottled and aged sake😄... The aroma is rich, the taste is dark, and the rice flavor is slowly expanding 🍶🍶. It is suitable for a mealtime drink as you can clearly taste the sake even with strong food 😊. It is a delicious sake 😁.

I bought a few bottles at a local sake store, and while I was checking out, the manager said, "This is the first Hououmida with carbonation! The store manager said to me, "Well, that too! I bought it without even looking at the price 😅! without even looking at the price😅 I have an impression that Hououmida is sweet and thick 😃. Not Black Phoenix 🐦‍⬛, but White Phoenix 🐦‍🔥 with a round touch! After I got home, I looked at the label on the back and saw that it was a Junmai Daiginjo brewed and squeezed with Goshinsui from Nikko (Nikko's Goddess of the Sun). I thought this might be expensive, but when I looked at the receipt, I was surprised to see that it was surprisingly cheap 😳. Pouring it into the sake cup, I was amazed at the bubbles 🫧! More bubbles than the Kaze no Mori and as much as the Otter Sparling 🫧. It's about the same amount of bubbles bubbles as a carbonated conscious sake! Light on the palate, slightly sweet, and more of a sake to enjoy the carbonation from the rice fermentation than to taste 😄. It's a refreshing summer sake. ☀️

Harada's Summer Sake Low alcohol content of 13%. The taste is firm, but it disappears quickly and clearly, which is typical of summer 😄. Tasteful but light and easy to drink 😆. The sake container is also summery 😊🍶🍶.

Purchased at a sake store in a train station during a business trip to Mie Prefecture😄. Fine bubbles slightly visible in the glass. Slight carbonation in the mouth, the carbonation disappears around the throat and the rice swells up from there 😄. The taste is strong and lingering 😁. Sake with a good taste 😆. It is a sake that can be enjoyed as a food sake or on its own 😁.

Sake no Yamamoto Limited White grape aroma 🍇. Elegant soda from the slight carbonation 😄 And yet it has a lot of volume 😆. Refreshing and refreshing but with a strong sake and rice flavor 🌾🍶. The sweetness comes out after the carbonation is gone, so you can savor it slowly over a few days 🍶.

It's a tough drink 🍶. What's hard is that it takes time to open the bottle😅. I read on YouTube that it takes 10-15 minutes to open the bottle and I thought it was impossible but it really is 😅. I'm a rambunctious person, so I open, close, open, close and repeat to vent 😄. Otherwise it will overflow and be a waste 💦. This time I had it on the rocks 😄. It's like drinking lactobacillus sour! Perfect after a bath or in summer. ☀️

To summarize, the rice polishing ratio is 44%, which is different from Myoki-chan's 45%, but even 1% can change the taste, so it is called "Mahai" Mystery 😄. Now, "maha" is a Sanskrit word meaning "great" or "excellent". Unfortunately, I haven't had Fushigi-chan, so I can't compare 😅. Slight sourness to soft and sweet mouthfeel😊. Hito also has a sweet fullness feeling ☺️ I can drink it swishy! 🍶 It's a mysterious but stable Kudokitoe quality 😄.

The best drink at the Abeno Harukas Sake Expo 🍶. Great sweetness👍. Full-bodied, no cloying taste! And yet it has a nice sharpness 🆗. It's like a syrup 😄. I can drink more and more 😄 I didn't know there was a brewery in Kumamoto that makes this kind of sake! I was shocked 🫨. If I see it again, I'll definitely repeat 😄.
