From Yamamoto's warehouse and cafe. Momota has been the focus of my attention lately. As a matter of fact, I opened it as soon as I got home yesterday. It's still very piquant. I am very happy! This one is very tasty. It has a strong acidity. This is what I imagine unfiltered junmai to taste like. Well, it's expensive, but with this quality, I'm satisfied. I paired it with salmon sushi. It is more like sushi than sashimi.

I'm completely full of goodies! I'll check back tomorrow! I went to Yamamoto! A stylish café space with 3 original sakes. It was a little expensive, but I tricked myself into thinking it was a limited price. First of all, when I opened the bottle, I was surprised to find that it was a carbonated drink. It's like a soda! Oh, it's fresh and delicious. It's a Nouveau, isn't it? It is dry, but the sweetness comes afterwards. It is smooth and crisp. It's so modest that you can feel the sweetness of the rice and the deliciousness of the wine! By the way, the coffee was also delicious!

Good evening, sato😄. I've never seen it 👀‼️ but it's sold at a cafe in a sake brewery that recently opened 💕︎ I think I'll buy it even if it's a little expensive 🤣.

Good evening, T.KISO! I see that you have recently opened a new restaurant. I have passed by this road many times, but this is the first time I noticed it! I hesitate to buy sake because it costs 2,000 yen for a plastic bottle, but it is fresh and tasty.

I was walking through the supermarket and saw Nanaken. I said, "It's cool blue and it's the season," and went to my basket. It is refreshing and spicy, but gently delicious. It reminded me of Yoshino Hakkai!

It's a bit osoper. I'm happy to see you again this year, Sogapel. Year after year, Sogapere seems more like an attractive rice liquor than a wine. I am convinced that it is heated up under the influence of sakéwa. It cannot be brewed a rice liquor. Then, warmed up and cooled down. It's like a wine! It's like wine. I wonder what it is, I can feel the astringency in the aftertaste. That's an unusual pattern. It's delicious, and what happens if you cool it down? What happens if you put it in the freezer? I wonder, did it go toward the Kyoho-like flavor? Oh no. Yum. The tragedy and miracle of heated and chilled microorganisms. My grandma used to call bad sake "heated and cooled", But the time has come for heated sake! I squinted at the dawn of sake.

Found at a liquor store in rural Miyagi! This is what I wanted to drink! So I bought it. The taste is consistent with Fukushima. The taste is stable Fukushima. As expected, it is delicious. ‼︎ It has an aroma of apple and pineapple, sourness. The taste is a bit sour, but it has a rich umami and a touch of a "shuwa" feeling. This balance, which can be called the golden ratio of sake, is modestly the best! Well, there are many golden ratios!

It's been a really long time since I've been to Noriguchi Institute, I bought it when I went to Tokyo in the winter. It is a strange sake that changes its expression every time you drink it, yet every part of it is delicious. Sometimes it is refreshing, sometimes sweet, sometimes alcoholic. But it has its own character without being too elegant in any situation. Every time I drank the Nooguchi Institute, I was unsure about the sake and it made me think about it, but this time I was convinced. I wonder if I have come to understand alcohol a little while I have not been drinking. Have I grown? I was a little happy, thinking that maybe I had grown up! I heated it up and cooled it down, referring to Sake-no-wa, and it was also good!

Egoshi home run! I'm kind of hooked on Nichi-Ham. It's delicious, and there's not much more, but black helmets! It's my first time. It has a beautiful acidity and a clean taste, yet the overall impression is robust. It is just like Masayoshi Tanaka. No, he is not. There was a gin and tomato combination on the list, but this seems like it could be good.

I don't know if it was because I was busy recently or not, but I went to the Noh theater in Hiraizumi to see a performance. I had some time before the performance, so I went to a sake shop in the countryside of Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture. The owner of the store recommended some Miyagi sake, which I chose this time. Sasanishiki 33%. Very elegant taste, slightly sour and umami with a little schwarziness. Many Miyazaki sake really go well with food, and this one is also a food sake ◎. It is also moderately gentle and delicious on its own. After all, Miyagi is the city of Tohoku! And now I wish I had paired it with sushi. ...Let's go to Miyagi again.

Naturally, it's delicious. It is gorgeous but calm, so it goes with anything, though, I would like to match it with sashimi or roast beef. Today I paired it with bamboo shoots, vinegared rice, and salted sea urchin. I want to go to Nagano!

While I was thinking about seeing the cherry blossoms, I noticed that they were beginning to fall. I rushed out to see the cherry blossoms, but the wind was strong today. It was cold, so I left early. The cherry blossoms are said to have been made using an ancient technique. I heard it is made by an ancient technique. It is indeed natural? Taste The acidity is crisp and strong, and the umami spreads without sweetness. The imbalance between the strength of the acidity and the round spread of umami is in harmony? And the overall taste is modern, with a light and stoic impression. The smoothness and spread of umami are notable.

45%. I went to the liquor store for a quick tour and this is what I found. I ended up buying it. It's been a long time since I've had a rice wine. The rice is Momota, which is also used for Shinmasa. The overall taste is light and dry. The light taste of rice is followed by a refreshing acidity, and the aftertaste is refreshing. It is a bit like Shinsei. If you drink it as it is in the can, you will find it to be thick and crisp. Personally, I think it tastes better in a glass.

twilled fabric A refreshing and impressive sake from the Seto Inland Sea. There is a fresh delicate impression, but this is firm. But it is still a warm region. You can feel the lightness in the robustness. Personally, I feel the bitterness of apricot and bitterness. Youthfulness. It's kind of mature, but it's young. I wonder if it will be reborn as Mozart.

March and April are very difficult. I found that the refrigerator was full of Mr. Yamakawa, so I opened the bottle. My first impression was sweetness. A melon-like mild sweetness. As you drink it, you will be surprised how dry it is. Overall, it is dry. In the latter half, there is a fruity acidity and a bitterness that calms the whole taste. It is austere for its design. The taste is gorgeous but austere overall. Kiyomiya Sayonara!

Did you buy it for New Year's? It is already spring, but I love Sharaku. When I put it in my mouth, the flavor from the fresh youthfulness is goon. The smell is dull per Pollen Muso, but I kind of feel pineapple. Petit-potato, shwashy. Calm bitterness in the aftertaste. Lightly doshy, Is it contradictory? No, it is harmonious.

Tenmei no Kaen, which I try to drink every year. Gentle mouthfeel, acidity, and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Stylish taste. I wonder if pollen has started to fly in Aomori. I'm kind of insensitive to smells these days. The entrée was tempura of butterbur sprouts and Camembert cheese.

Now, here it comes, Kigawaya Super Limited. The dream of early spring. Snow Goddess 35 is, of course, 35%. I personally think that it has a sweetness that is different from Yamada-Nishiki and melts like a lick of fine sugar. This sweetness does not interfere with anything you put it on. Yuki-no-Megami is a woman who can do it! Overall, it is smooth, but the sweetness appears impressively in it, and the acidity and bitterness are modestly assisting. If it's already 35, this is good. A good place to play.

2022Natsu I bought 2023 Spring, and when I looked at the fridge, I saw the Mitsuo's that I just bought and never opened... So I opened the bottle. It is no longer a spring oroshi, which has passed through the winter. However, the taste is light and refreshingly dry with a fresh and light acidity that also has a calm flavor. It's good, isn't it? Like when you ask the age of a Japanese singer and he or she is surprisingly in his or her twenties...? (Unknown meaning). What I paired with such a refreshingly cool guy was boiled kombu, which I bought in Tanohata and harvested in the morning. It's so bitter.

Sentori after a long time It is dry, dry and cloudy, with a matte umami taste that spreads later. The elegant, light acidity is gorgeous, with hints of peach and lychee. When mixed, it becomes cloudy and mild. Strangely enough, when mixed, the dryness of the flavor fades and instead the aftertaste becomes sharp and clean. I may be mistaken, though. This muddiness seems to have a good balance with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Incidentally, I served it with oysters de oyster fritters purchased in Yamada-machi. Oysters from Yamada-cho will be delicious from now on in the spring!

Only at Kigawaya Drink sake from a sake barrel with a bent straw. The aroma doubles the flavor, and the smell alone is enough to get you drunk! It has a clear, light, slightly dry taste. The softness on the palate, the warmth of the rice flavor, and the aroma make it seem a little sweet, but it is a little dry. It is a good and elegant sake, just like Japanese sake. We paired it with a hatahata (grouper) that we bought in Kanaura. It looks like it would be good with sushi.

Directly pumped yatansusa Tomikyucho is known for its yatansusa It has a warm umami flavor and a refreshing acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits. It is sharp and dry. Gentle on the palate. Delicious as ever. Definitely a safe and reliable sake! This time with sashimi. But it goes well with carpaccio or meuniere, too!
