2022Natsu I bought 2023 Spring, and when I looked at the fridge, I saw the Mitsuo's that I just bought and never opened... So I opened the bottle. It is no longer a spring oroshi, which has passed through the winter. However, the taste is light and refreshingly dry with a fresh and light acidity that also has a calm flavor. It's good, isn't it? Like when you ask the age of a Japanese singer and he or she is surprisingly in his or her twenties...? (Unknown meaning). What I paired with such a refreshingly cool guy was boiled kombu, which I bought in Tanohata and harvested in the morning. It's so bitter.
