I went to the liquor store for a quick tour and this is what I found.
I ended up buying it.
It's been a long time since I've had a rice wine.
The rice is Momota, which is also used for Shinmasa.
The overall taste is light and dry.
The light taste of rice is followed by a refreshing acidity, and the aftertaste is refreshing.
It is a bit like Shinsei.
If you drink it as it is in the can, you will find it to be thick and crisp.
Personally, I think it tastes better in a glass.
