I bought what I decided to be the last sake of the year at my usual Shizukiya, but changed in a hurry! I decided to drink this sake that I bought in connection with a symbolic event of the year for me This bottle I bought at a liquor store near Yaizu station I heard that this sake is only sold locally! The name "Isoboast" conjures up images of a beautiful and classical sake that you never get tired of drinking. I have an image that I will never get tired of drinking it, but now... The refreshing feeling is true. Because it is a port town? It is not, Sake with a taste of the 🌊sea🍶. It's a classy sake for drinkers I don't think it's trendy at all. Sake drinkers love it😍. It's got a hint of sweetness to it. I drink it cold. Even on a cold winter night like this. I can fully enjoy it. This is the last sake I usually drink in Ibaraki. Tomorrow I'm off to Sendai and Kansai for the last sake of the year.

Purchased at a liquor store near the station during a business trip to Yaizu I bought this sake along with some other sake from a prominent Yaizu City brewery. The black cat is adorable! The ginjo aroma is slightly soft. No strong personality. It is easy to drink and enjoyable! Good for evening drinks 🍶. I bought this sake thinking it would be good as a train sake on the way back to Tokyo station from Shizuoka station, but it's also a great sake to drink with sashimi and other drinks!
