Obtained at Tagami Sake Shop I chose this sake because it didn't seem to interfere with the sushi. I chose this sake. It is a balanced sake that is not as dry as you might think. You can feel the sweetness and rice flavor in the back. I would like to have a little bit of Ibaraki sake in my life. I would like to include it in my life a little bit.
