At the Saibin main store where I bought out during GW. Miyagi's male Abekan in Shiogama. Expecting a classical sake, I was surprised! Modern sweetness and deliciousness spreads on the palate at once. The sharpness is also wonderful! This is a prestigious sake brewery! The depth and power of this sake is immeasurable! It's just so good! Highly recommended!
