When I visited Yushima Tenjin Shrine to pay my respects, I found a booth of Ten-ei-mura. I had heard of Ten'ei-mura from Hirotogawa, but I learned that there is another sake brewery there as well! Suzunoi Since I couldn't take the heavy sake home with me, I ordered a cup of sake, but it was very different from the one I was allowed to taste! It's a bit bland and doesn't have much umami, but it doesn't have the refreshing taste of aluzoe sake that gets stuck in your throat! I don't always like this sake. But sometimes it's good too👍.
