At Shizukiya I picked this up at my usual liquor store, thinking I wanted to drink something. The aroma is gentle The sweetness is concentrated. The sweetness and umami coexist in a similar way to the Oumachi Masamune, which is also made by Oumachi. I think this one is more beautiful and refreshing. This one is good for summer.

At Sudou Sake Shop in Tsukuba AEON I was too weak for the word "Las 1". Forcing myself into a refrigerator that wouldn't fit...
