Members of the Purple Space lovers in Kurafan got together and talked with the president and toji of the Shiwa Brewery to select and create this sake, from the rice to the label 🍶. It's a perfect nigori sake. My personal opinion is that it is Hirotogawa's nigori. Not this year, but last year's Hirotogawa nigori. The slight bitterness that comes out later is very nice🙆 Thanks to all the purple space fans!
