Last weekend, a brewer came to the basement of Ikebukuro Tobu and let me choose from about 5 different kinds of tastings! All of them were very nice, but I thought the Junmai sake with a lighter ginjo aroma would go better with a meal, so I chose this one! It is very soft and beautiful on the palate! Mild but full of umami! It goes well with sashimi 🍶.

Tenmei after a long time I wanted to avoid sweet sake. I bought a dry one. But Amami is still Amami. Even though it's dry, it's still a sweet sake. Well, I guess it's a sweet sake. The rich taste is just like Tokujun. It's a sake that goes well with meals 🍶.

Sasakura Narimasu. Sweet sake It has a tangy, raw sake feel. The umamame (sweet) taste makes you want to gobble it up! I thought there was a shift to umami spiciness these days. but good things are good! I feel like I'm totally addicted to Kouko since I came to Chiba Prefecture! I have two bottles of Kinonene waiting in the fridge I want to drink it without hesitation 🍶.
