Returned from Sendai At Kanetake Aoki It's a refreshing drink 🍶. It was chilly in Sendai, but it's still like summer here! The temperature is perfect for this sake! Well-balanced sweetness and sourness. It goes well with sashimi. The man who sat next to me at Eiraku in Akita who sat next to me at Eiraku in Akita. Maybe I will drink the rest of this sake with my colleagues tomorrow! 2nd day The taste has changed drastically. The sweetness is all over the place. It tastes like honey 🍯. Kick-off meeting for Shiwa 3.0 with Shiwa Brewery President Tanaka and Toji Ono joined us for the first online sake since the end of last year! The bottle was opened with the bubbles from the sealed bottle being suppressed because it was an active nigori. Sourness and bubbles! The taste is full of rice flavor, as is typical of special pure rice! A little sourness was added to the nigori of Hirotogawa, It had a well-balanced finish. It is a good sake of the same high level as that sake! It was so good that the meeting was just for socializing! I hope they make this sake! If I remember the Hirotogawa nigori at the end of the year, I'm looking forward to it even more!

I was able to get some of the sake directly from the brewery. The claim of natural sake reminds me of that brewery in Fukushima. The sake made with brewer's yeast is unique and may not be to everyone's liking, but if you enjoy Tsuchida or Niida, you will have no problem with this one! The acidity and robust flavor are very good! There is a wonderful sake in Chiba Prefecture!

At Abe Sake Shop in Sendai Chose Miyagi Prefecture's local sake for the first time in a long time! It seems to be the oldest sake brewery in Miyagi Prefecture. It has a sweetness with a more rice-like taste than I expected. Slightly acidic, with a lingering bitterness. Not a Daiginjo-style sake. But it's a good sake 👍 Less flashy sake, more of a food sake. I thought it was a typical Miyagi sake.

I talked to the master of Shizukiya and this is what I got today. When I visited Shizukuya to purchase the new Junmai Ginjo, I found this sake left over! Elegant taste like white peaches! It just slides right into your body and you can't be happier! The master said it had no unpleasant juiciness, and I agree with him! Personally, I used to avoid junmai daiginjos because, although they are beautiful, I always felt that their flavors were too similar. Maybe it's because it's been a while since I've had one, but this one is superb. Excellent...

There are still several varieties in stock! I bought this one as a chance encounter! This year there was a cotton candy label It has more of a cotton candy feel than the cotton candy label!
