This is an unusual sake that was made with Narano Yaesakura yeast. The alcohol content is low at 14 degrees, and the taste is quite unique. If you think the aroma is subdued, you'd be wrong! The fruity apple aroma that spreads in your mouth is quite strong. There is also a lingering aroma, but it is not unpleasant. You may not like it, but I found it delicious!

Is there such a thing as good sake? It's so good! I was surprised. Right after the opening, it has a refreshing standing aroma. As soon as you put it in your mouth, the firm umami spreads in your mouth, and at the same time, the beautiful acidity is really pleasant. In the second half, you can enjoy the complex taste with the acid. This was definitely one of my top 3 sakes! I am grateful for this encounter.

It's our first Kagoshima sake ! We thought it was the image of the potato shochu liqueur, but we think it is easy to drink. We can hardly feel the aroma, but when we take it in our mouth, the taste of the rice spreads. It's not a sticky sweetness, but a clean and refreshing taste. The acidity can be felt a little in the latter half. It can be enjoyed both before and during meals.

Happy New Year! It's New Year's Day, so we've opened a rare sake! This sake is brewed with locally grown rice, Koshihikari. It has a modest aroma and a punch of alcohol. It's the perfect sake for a meal! The flavor increases when heated. It goes well with dishes that are rich in flavor. I learned another good lesson.

I don't know how many bottles of this drink I've had lol. It's one of my favorite sakes. I've toured the brewery before, and the facilities and attention to detail in the brewing process, as well as the history of research into Yamada Nishiki, is impressive. The sake is best when it's heated. Heating it up brings out the sweetness of the rice even more. But it's not a sticky sweetness, it's elegantly refreshing. I'll be buying more soon lol!

It is a sake that can be drunk neat while feeling a gentle aroma. I thought it might be banana for a moment, but it's not like that. The sharpness is good and makes you want to drink many cups. I drank the same one a year ago, but I feel it is even more delicious.

It has a good reputation and I have been wanting to try this sake for a long time. This time it's a hiyaoroshi (cold brewed sake), but it's mild in the mouth. It has a nice acidity in the last half of the bottle. It was as good as its reputation. I'm glad I bought a bottle!

This is so good! The piquancy of the new brew is moderate. On the contrary, you can feel the deep taste that you can't expect from a new brew. You can feel the refreshing aroma going through your nose and it stays there long after you have swallowed it. It's not so much the crispness as the aftertaste. It is really delicious.

Out of the blue, I took a major turning point in my life 😅 As a memorial, I've been saving a bottle of Firouki Junmai Daiginjo for a long time! The aroma is not strong, but there is a hint of fruitiness. On the palate, a complex, inexpressible taste, rather than freshness, spreads in the mouth, and then turns into a delicious sweetness. The aroma that goes through the nose is also very pleasant. It is a great sake. This was a drink that will adorn our anniversary. Thank you!

The new brew of 2020 has already come out. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, made of 100% Gohyakumangoku rice at 70% yield. In the mouth, you can feel the freshness of the grapes with a soft taste, but after that, we couldn't feel the crispness and sharpness as much as we expected. It would be a good topic of conversation if it was released sooner, but I wanted something like the attention to detail of the brewery. I'm sorry for being so cocky.
