A classic version of Yamadaho. The popping sound at the opening of the bottle fuels the sense of anticipation before drinking. The gasiness on the first day is strong and the strongest. The aroma is subdued, but the acidity is strong and the complexity of the flavor is also the strongest. I tried it hot, but I preferred it cold.

The first hiyaoroshi of the year. Ganki after a long time. There are many delicious sake in Yamaguchi. I drank it hiya and hot. It has a taste that you never get tired of drinking, so you can drink it forever. The four-pack was gone in no time at all.

It is tangy right after opening the bottle, but in the mouth it has a firm sweetness like a grape, not a muscat. With time, the hardness disappeared and it became softer. It was a very nice wine. I was wondering if I should buy the summer version of Nabeshima, but the store staff told me to buy this one if I wanted to drink it slowly, so I bought it. It is really delicious. I'm afraid I'm going to drink too much even though it's the beginning of the week. LOL!

This is really delicious. It is made with 80% Saga rice, and you can taste the full flavor of the rice. The first time I opened the bottle, I tasted something like Isoboast. On the second day, it tasted different.

I found an interesting drink! I liked the Italian flag and the name of the liquor. It is an original brand of a liquor store. It has a great freshness and refreshing aftertaste reminiscent of Cant, a Tuscan wine!

After returning to Japan, my first sake was Snow Kayasha. This sake has three of my favorite characteristics: Yamahai, Junmai, and Nama! After the freshness and sweetness of the raw sake, the deep flavor of Yamahai spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is short. It is really good!

New Sake Shiboritate Nama. Made with polished rice produced in Saga Prefecture. It is quite sweet because it is a honjozo and a nama-shu. I think there are different tastes, but I like it. I can't drink a lot of it, but how about drinking it as an after-dinner dessert sake like port wine?

The best sake I have tasted in Japan in a long time. Saga's Koei Kiku. It is a new sake brewery, but I feel that they have a great ability to produce such a series of delicious sake. The aroma, the umami, the sharpness of the acidity are all great! I love Saga sake.
