Today is also my first time to visit the "Junqing" series 🍶.
I dove into this newly found liquor store 😊I went in with high expectations as there were bottles of sake on display in the window of the store.
The store was surprisingly small and didn't have that many sakes, but there was a large variety of sake on display, all in single bottles only😊.
I stared at the fridge for a long time, and after examining which one I would like to bring, I did.
I opened the bottle and started with the aroma...
The aroma is slightly fruity, but it has a mature aroma. The aftertaste is slightly spicy with a hint of spiciness. It is a very high standard sake as a food sake 😋.
