Recently I've been drinking mostly fruity 💦.
Maybe it's because it's been so hot every day that my body is craving something sweet...
Maybe it's just my age😅.

Well, it tastes good, so I'm OK with that 😋.
Maybe I just like to drink alcohol after all 🤣.

Mutsu Hachisen.
This week, it's been three months since our youngest daughter started working, so the wife came to Kobe to give a status report and to go to a steak restaurant that holds fond memories for the three of us.
After going out on Saturday, we spent Sunday relaxing at home drinking at her choice🍶.
We prepared the entrée and started the game early 😋.
The aroma is fruity, without the sourness of summer sake...
Usually I drink first, but this time it was the wife's choice, so she drank first...
She was in a good mood and said "It's delicious😍" and "I love this ❤️" 😊.
I'll have some after this 😋.

I dove into this newly found liquor store 😊I went in with high expectations as there were bottles of sake on display in the window of the store.
The store was surprisingly small and didn't have that many sakes, but there was a large variety of sake on display, all in single bottles only😊.
I stared at the fridge for a long time, and after examining which one I would like to bring, I did.
I opened the bottle and started with the aroma...
The aroma is slightly fruity, but it has a mature aroma. The aftertaste is slightly spicy with a hint of spiciness. It is a very high standard sake as a food sake 😋. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Mr. Baum 😃.
