Dry with a refreshingly cool mouthfeel. While firmly dry, the aftertaste surprisingly leaves a junmai (pure rice) sake-like flavor. It also has a bitter aftertaste. It is not the type of sake that can be cut off quickly. I think this sake is very versatile as a food sake. I have a feeling that it will take on a different appearance when it is laid down to rest.

This may be a bit rough to summarize, but I think the taste vectors are similar to those of Huayouyu or CEL-24. These days, I think that sake with a flavor that is out of the stereotypes and easy to understand is easy to recommend to beginners. I felt full and sharp, on a night like this.... It is sweet, but the acidity is slightly stronger, so it is not emphasized and can be drunk smoothly. Sooooo refreshing as an impression. Crisp and sweet! I found it to be gentle and a bit calpis-like. Contrary to this, the carbonation was tangy and stimulating. It was as if a silky, fine texture was gliding across my tongue. The sweetness is quickly followed by a slight bitterness that finishes off the lingering taste. It also has acidity and may be surprisingly sharp. It is a delicious nigori sake with a light mouthfeel!

An alternative sake brewed with hops. It does not have a strong beer-like taste, but its somewhat subdued sweetness and light bitterness in the aftertaste make it seem like a beer. However, the taste is still within the sake category, giving the impression of a clean junmai sake. It also has a light acidity and a bubbly taste. If I were to compare it to beer, I would say it is similar to white beer. On the liquor store's website, lychee and grapefruit were mentioned. I think I can understand that.

It seems to be deep and sweet, but also has a Kangiku character. It is a refreshing sake with a chirpy, effervescent taste. Immediately after taking a sip, the sweetness is rich and complex. The image is a little heavy. In the aftertaste, you can feel a strong acidity. This sake is brewed only once a year. So-no-Mai" is a sake brewing rice grown in Chiba Prefecture, which was requested by a brewer in Chiba. This bottle has a milling ratio of 29%, which may be the first time it has been polished to this degree. Even so, my impression was that it tasted more robust than clean.

Sweet and sour peach-colored sake. I have never seen such pink sake before. La fee des fleurs" means flower fairies. The aroma was slightly sour. The orikake was very fine and seemed to be entwined with the tongue. It has a fruity acidity and a slightly bubbly, juicy mouthfeel. The pink ooze that had settled at the bottom of the bottle and started bubbling up when the bottle was opened was a beautiful sight. But be careful, because it will spill out if you leave it as it is. The alcohol content is low at 10 degrees and the taste is similar to "Beau Michelle" from the same Nagano Prefecture. The mantis label is also cute.

Refreshing and infinitely drinkable, Shinomine! It stimulates the tongue, just like flavored soda water. There is also a strong acidity. The sweetness itself is very moderate, yet surprisingly gorgeous. Perhaps because it is lightly nigori (light nigori), you could sense its flavor and richness right away in the mouth. It was also a fresh sake.

The label is an Eminem homage! LOL I thought so the moment I saw it in the store and immediately decided to buy it. The sweetness comes immediately with a gusto, and it has a richness like burnt sugar. The color is just a little yellowish, and the mouthfeel is chili and acidic. The impression of sweetness was so strong that it seemed to hide the lightness of the acidity itself. The back of the label clearly states that malic acid-producing yeast is used. If you ask me, I have the impression that it might be malic acid. This may be a bad analogy, but the aftertaste is light, like xylitol. It does not taste like a pure sake, but it does have a youthful quality to it.

It is well known as "Momoten" (peach heaven). It opens sweet but slightly bitter, with an impression that the aftertaste is not very long. It also has a gassy feeling. When the temperature rises a little, it becomes richly sweet. The sweet aftertaste seems to linger on the tongue, but the lingering aftertaste is surprisingly smooth. It has a slightly sour and fresh fruity taste with a slight tangy texture on the tongue. I may have been pulled in by the image, but it still reminded me of peaches, lol.

Soft drink-like sake ⁉︎ with a slight carbonation-like stimulation and a very light, fruity acidity impression. I also thought it was rounded and sweet. It is slightly cloudy with a hint of orikori floating in it. It has complexity and umami, and I can't get rid of the "Aquarius" feeling I remember from other FIRAN wines. It is somewhat soft on the palate. I wonder if soft water is used.

It no longer reminded me of strawberry yogurt beverage É sweet and sour, especially if it is not swallowed immediately but left in the mouth. It is not that sludgy, but the mouthfeel and taste impression is really a yogurt beverage. Also, it is an active, fresh sake, and it is shuwa-shuwa. The alcohol content is only 11 degrees, making it a very light drink. If you like amazake, I highly recommend you give it a try. I think it's like a step up.
