A hazy sake with a gassy, cider-like taste. It has the Aizan character, with a deep sweetness and a fruity taste coexisting. It has a strong acidity and a piquant, fizzy feeling. I associated it with freshness and even summeriness. It is easy to drink with a strong flavor and a lasting taste! There is a light sedimentation of corkage.

A thick, sweet mouthfeel with a chili-like sensation. When the bottle is opened, it makes a booming sound. The taste is "bright" rather than floral! It has a slightly sour, slightly bitter or complex flavor. If I had to say more, I would say it has a citrusy image. It is a nama-zake, but it does not have a freshness to it.

Refreshing and infinitely drinkable, Shinomine! It stimulates the tongue, just like flavored soda water. There is also a strong acidity. The sweetness itself is very moderate, yet surprisingly gorgeous. Perhaps because it is lightly nigori (light nigori), you could sense its flavor and richness right away in the mouth. It was also a fresh sake.

The label is an Eminem homage! LOL I thought so the moment I saw it in the store and immediately decided to buy it. The sweetness comes immediately with a gusto, and it has a richness like burnt sugar. The color is just a little yellowish, and the mouthfeel is chili and acidic. The impression of sweetness was so strong that it seemed to hide the lightness of the acidity itself. The back of the label clearly states that malic acid-producing yeast is used. If you ask me, I have the impression that it might be malic acid. This may be a bad analogy, but the aftertaste is light, like xylitol. It does not taste like a pure sake, but it does have a youthful quality to it.

Nice to meet you! I was stung by the Eminem homage (lol) Only the emi fits and doesn't rhyme with WW's groove, it's too light and funny. I'll look for this one 😎.

Mayu, nice to meet you! I don't mean to be rude to the Shiki Brewery, but I think the funny point is that they didn't do it too "well" lol. It tasted good.

It is well known as "Momoten" (peach heaven). It opens sweet but slightly bitter, with an impression that the aftertaste is not very long. It also has a gassy feeling. When the temperature rises a little, it becomes richly sweet. The sweet aftertaste seems to linger on the tongue, but the lingering aftertaste is surprisingly smooth. It has a slightly sour and fresh fruity taste with a slight tangy texture on the tongue. I may have been pulled in by the image, but it still reminded me of peaches, lol.

Soft drink-like sake ⁉︎ with a slight carbonation-like stimulation and a very light, fruity acidity impression. I also thought it was rounded and sweet. It is slightly cloudy with a hint of orikori floating in it. It has complexity and umami, and I can't get rid of the "Aquarius" feeling I remember from other FIRAN wines. It is somewhat soft on the palate. I wonder if soft water is used.

It no longer reminded me of strawberry yogurt beverage É sweet and sour, especially if it is not swallowed immediately but left in the mouth. It is not that sludgy, but the mouthfeel and taste impression is really a yogurt beverage. Also, it is an active, fresh sake, and it is shuwa-shuwa. The alcohol content is only 11 degrees, making it a very light drink. If you like amazake, I highly recommend you give it a try. I think it's like a step up.

This bottle is slightly bitter, with an emphasis on acidity and sourness. Lightly fragrant with a hint of ginjo. Sweetness is restrained. It has the least sweetness of all the Gagakuyo I have had so far. However, as the temperature rises, the umami flavor emerges. I wonder if the taste is similar to that of fruit vinegar. I thought it shines in a meal rather than by itself!

A deliciously sweet sake with a chili-like taste. It tastes fruity, like melon. The initial impression is clean, but the lingering taste is very delicious with a deep sweetness that is like a full-bodied taste, plus umami! The acidity also gave me a fruity image. The acidity and sourness work well together to make it easy to drink even though it has a strong flavor. This is another one of those bottles that you can't stop drinking.

Brilliantly sweet! It was very flamboyant, but the acidity could be felt immediately on the palate, giving it an image of elegance in the midst of flamboyance. The aftertaste is extended sweetness and umami. It is sweet, but I thought the balance of flavors was excellent! I wonder if this taste is because it is Dewa Sanzan. The taste was so good that I couldn't help but let out an exhale of admiration with each sip.

A crisp and smart junmai sake with an infinite loop! I wonder if the general flavor is of the sweet and sour variety. The rice used is Aiyama, and I thought it might not be the flavor I originally had in mind, but it had a deep or complex sweetness. Very light in the mouth. The mouthfeel is chili, and the acidity itself is not emphasized, but there is a clean acidity! There may have been a bit of a sake feel right after opening the bottle. If you consider it as a food sake, it is a bit elegant. ⁉︎ Is this Junmai? It is a bit refined if you consider it as a food sake. However, it matched with a slightly oily meal. When it gets close to room temperature, it becomes more like a junmai sake. The "sharp" appearance becomes fuller and a little softer! It has a slightly softer impression!

Sophisticated sweet É sweet aroma, with a slightly tangy acidity in the sip. I thought it made it very light. The sweetness, which actually gives a beautiful impression, leads you to a pleasant intoxication! I guess you can have your tastes, but I doubt you will ever dislike this one. It is difficult to describe, but rather than being lush, it is still a youthful sake. There is a sense of anticipation that the flavor will start to develop in the future!

Surprisingly dry junmai sake! A bit dry and sharp. There is also a slight irritation that tingles the tongue. Still, it feels like less polished rice. It was very drinkable and made me feel a bit bloated. I think it was very good as a food sake. The cup went further and further than I had imagined.

It is refreshingly delicious! It has a fruity sweetness. As the temperature rises a little, it becomes crisp and cool from the taste. After drinking it, I realized it was not junmai until I looked at the label. Knowing that, I only wondered if brewing alcohol was also added. I don't find it disgusting.

Type V is deliciously sweet! It was purely delicious arigaraki sweetness. É It has a flavor similar to that of junmai sake, but it is a bit lighter without being cloying. It has a fruity impression from the acidity. It may be a little pear-like. Shin Takatsuyo is light and easy to drink! The rice is flat polished to a milling ratio of 65%. The rice is flat polished to a milling ratio of 65%, which is at the level of junmai sake, but it gives the illusion of being more polished. The alcohol content is 12%. As the name suggests, an innocent cup. ⁉︎

Freshness delicious slightly sweet sake! It has a freshness and the acidity itself is not that great, but the acidity level seems to be high. So the sweetness is not so much in the foreground. There is an orizumi, or a delicious flavor that is conveyed to the tongue. There is also a bitter element to the taste. This is also a delicious sake. After a day, it is completely umami-sweet. The rabbit on the label also has a unique design. It seems to be as addictive as the sake!

A hidden beauty brewed in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture,⁉︎ the mouthfeel is tingling, almost as if it were slightly carbonated. It is fruity and on the sweet side, but the acidity keeps it from being too sweet. It has a beautiful sake quality with a complex flavor and a bit of minerality! The brewery is Senkozo. According to the brewery, their sake is only distributed in the Tokyo metropolitan area. What a waste of good sake! The sake seems to be a little sweet. I was also attracted by the cute owl on the label.

Fresh yet deeply delicious ÉThe mouthfeel itself is light, and the acidity stimulates the tongue. Because it is a pure sake, the acidity or astringency seems to be somewhat soft. There is also a natural sweetness in the aftertaste! It might be easier to feel the sweetness if the temperature is slightly higher. It is a very well-balanced sake, but I have the impression that it is not small and uncluttered. This is my second bottle of Garakudai, but it is very much my favorite.

After a short wait, the flavor blossomed. At first, I thought it was meek and a bit alcoholic. However, as time goes by, the sweetness becomes more pronounced and depth seems to appear. The new sake of this season's crop is also high in elegance; we have had it for four seasons in a row. It has an acidity that gives it a cleaner image than usual. Yet, it also has a fuller and more complex flavor than expected. As the temperature rises, the flavor comes out, and so does the umami. There is no flashy sweetness this season, but it is a sake that can be drunk for a long time.
