Crisp and sweet! I found it to be gentle and a bit calpis-like. Contrary to this, the carbonation was tangy and stimulating. It was as if a silky, fine texture was gliding across my tongue. The sweetness is quickly followed by a slight bitterness that finishes off the lingering taste. It also has acidity and may be surprisingly sharp. It is a delicious nigori sake with a light mouthfeel!
