Soft and smooth with a thin sweetness.
Rich ginjo type aroma reminiscent of white flowers.
Enjoy the clear mouthfeel, sweetness and fragrance spreading all over 😊. ヒロ☀️
Iwate Ginga🌾.
A little alcoholic but light.
Good acidity with a piquancy and tightness from the raw sake.
Light and not too sweet, but that sweetness keeps the taste in check 😊. shitakkeI felt full and sharp, on a night like this.... It is sweet, but the acidity is slightly stronger, so it is not emphasized and can be drunk smoothly. Sooooo refreshing as an impression. There is also an image of cleanliness and transparency. The alcohol content is a bit high at 16 degrees. Even so, it was a sake with no sake-like taste and no peculiarities. shitakkeCrisp and sweet! I found it to be gentle and a bit calpis-like. Contrary to this, the carbonation was tangy and stimulating. It was as if a silky, fine texture was gliding across my tongue. The sweetness is quickly followed by a slight bitterness that finishes off the lingering taste. It also has acidity and may be surprisingly sharp. It is a delicious nigori sake with a light mouthfeel! みつた24It was snowing in Tokyo. I opened this sake on such a night. It has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. The yellowish color is beautiful. I didn't mix the ori today. I am looking forward to seeing how it will change when I mix it. Tomorrow I will make it snow at home. みつた24Slightly carbonated. Dark sweetness. Fruity. たけっちKaze no Mori ALPHA6 6 Respect to No. 2022 White malted rice used
Comparison of Kaze no Mori
The bottle was opened with a sizzle.
The aroma is fresh and nice.
Lactic acid taste. It has a fruity sweetness and a bitter taste.
As expected from Kaze no Mori. Both are delicious.
My wife is 607 and I think ALPHA6.
No, they are both delicious😍. たけっちKaze no Mori Omachi 607 Callenge Edition
Comparison of Kaze no Mori
When the bottle was opened, it made a nice popping sound.
It has a sweet aroma.
Shuwa shuwa. Juicy😍.
The sweetness is crystal clear just before it goes down your throat.
I've had it before and it's still delicious.
You don't get tired of drinking it.
I drink it slooooowly. tecoI missed only "Dusk Orange" in a series of releases in the past few months, but the third honored chrysanthemum of this season is "Sunburst".
From the first sip, the concentrated acidity spreads, followed by the usual soft lactic acid aroma that is typical of Kouyoungiku.
Personally, I preferred Anastasia Green for its refreshing taste and lack of peculiarities, but all of them were very refined sakes.
It's a pity that I can't express the difference because I only drink Koenigiku. tecoThe first "Kaze no Mori" in my life!
Polishing ratio 50%, 507 with No.7 type yeast.
When I was looking for a fruity sake, the owner of the liquor store said, "Kaze no Mori is not recommended, but if you dare recommend it," so I gave it a try.
When I opened the lid, I was greeted with a refreshing grapefruit aroma.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt a little bit of foam and the flavor of the rice, but most of all I felt a strong bitterness. I wonder if this is a characteristic of Kaze no Mori?
As the days go by, it becomes more and more mellow.
I think it is best to taste it while it is still fresh, because once it settles down, I feel that the goodness of this sake will fade away.
The fruity and bitter taste makes it difficult to pair with rice, but it is an interesting(?) sake. It was an interesting(?) sake. とくさんHi, teco-san. I also had my first Kaze no Mori (657) the other day, and I thought it was a light drink while picking up some western style appetizers. I thought it was suitable for the first drink. tecoThank you for your comment, Tokusan. You're right, it's more western than Japanese food! I'd like to try many different types of Kaze no Mori. tecoI have no amateur idea if my first honored chrysanthemum was Anastasia Green, but I pre-ordered it from my local liquor store and got it!
The upfront aroma was a faint yogurt? Lactic acid aroma?
It's not a fruity ginjo scent, but it's a refreshing scent that excites me.
When you put it in your mouth, it is still refreshing, but you can feel the umami, and it is a good sake. It is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own.
For me, it was easier to drink than the Kaze no Mori that I opened at the same time. きっしーIt smells like yogurt, doesn't it? I also have Anastasia Green in the fridge, and I'm having trouble deciding which one to open first... I love Kaze no Mori, but I didn't know it was easier to drink than that... hmmm... tecoThank you for your comment, Kicksy - I could clearly smell the lactic acid, but my wife said she couldn't smell anything... Kaze no Mori 507 has a strong bitterness and a citrusy ginjo aroma that makes it hard to pair with rice 😅. きっしーBasically, I don't pair sake with food, so I choose sake that has a strong flavor, but when I think about pairing sake with food, my choice of sake changes. KoeigikuSNOW CRESCENT(スノウ・クレッセント)原酒生酒無濾過おりがらみ shitakkeGrapefruit-like fruitiness! Just a hint of bitterness and a sharp impression of acidity. The color is a cloudy, light yellow. There is also a large ori, and the flavor seems to increase when there is a lot of ori in the mouth. It's a beautiful sake without a doubt! MAJHi shitakke! Hi 😄!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the Snokre! Just looking at your review makes me want to drink it just to remember that taste 😋 More releases are coming this month, so be sure to keep up with them 👍. shitakkeHi, MAJ! Thank you for your comment!
I caught the information on SNS that "Gekko" is also released, so I want to follow it including É♩ shitakkeReminiscent of melon, no longer juice! It is sweet, but not too much. It's easy to drink without the alcohol feeling, really refreshing É♩I think it's a delicious drink, even for people who don't drink much.
Personally, I liked it better when it was cold! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
