I felt full and sharp, on a night like this.... It is sweet, but the acidity is slightly stronger, so it is not emphasized and can be drunk smoothly. Sooooo refreshing as an impression. There is also an image of cleanliness and transparency. The alcohol content is a bit high at 16 degrees. Even so, it was a sake with no sake-like taste and no peculiarities.

Crisp and sweet! I found it to be gentle and a bit calpis-like. Contrary to this, the carbonation was tangy and stimulating. It was as if a silky, fine texture was gliding across my tongue. The sweetness is quickly followed by a slight bitterness that finishes off the lingering taste. It also has acidity and may be surprisingly sharp. It is a delicious nigori sake with a light mouthfeel!

It was snowing in Tokyo. I opened this sake on such a night. It has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. The yellowish color is beautiful. I didn't mix the ori today. I am looking forward to seeing how it will change when I mix it. Tomorrow I will make it snow at home.

I missed only "Dusk Orange" in a series of releases in the past few months, but the third honored chrysanthemum of this season is "Sunburst".
From the first sip, the concentrated acidity spreads, followed by the usual soft lactic acid aroma that is typical of Kouyoungiku.
Personally, I preferred Anastasia Green for its refreshing taste and lack of peculiarities, but all of them were very refined sakes.
It's a pity that I can't express the difference because I only drink Koenigiku.

The first "Kaze no Mori" in my life!
Polishing ratio 50%, 507 with No.7 type yeast.
When I was looking for a fruity sake, the owner of the liquor store said, "Kaze no Mori is not recommended, but if you dare recommend it," so I gave it a try.
When I opened the lid, I was greeted with a refreshing grapefruit aroma.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt a little bit of foam and the flavor of the rice, but most of all I felt a strong bitterness. I wonder if this is a characteristic of Kaze no Mori?
As the days go by, it becomes more and more mellow.
I think it is best to taste it while it is still fresh, because once it settles down, I feel that the goodness of this sake will fade away.
The fruity and bitter taste makes it difficult to pair with rice, but it is an interesting(?) sake. It was an interesting(?) sake.

I have no amateur idea if my first honored chrysanthemum was Anastasia Green, but I pre-ordered it from my local liquor store and got it!
The upfront aroma was a faint yogurt? Lactic acid aroma?
It's not a fruity ginjo scent, but it's a refreshing scent that excites me.
When you put it in your mouth, it is still refreshing, but you can feel the umami, and it is a good sake. It is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own.
For me, it was easier to drink than the Kaze no Mori that I opened at the same time.

Thank you for your comment, Kicksy - I could clearly smell the lactic acid, but my wife said she couldn't smell anything... Kaze no Mori 507 has a strong bitterness and a citrusy ginjo aroma that makes it hard to pair with rice 😅.

Grapefruit-like fruitiness! Just a hint of bitterness and a sharp impression of acidity. The color is a cloudy, light yellow. There is also a large ori, and the flavor seems to increase when there is a lot of ori in the mouth. It's a beautiful sake without a doubt!
