shitakke
A "soft drink" that can be drunk in the hot, thirsty summer months! Slightly carbonated and lightly sweet. The fresh acidity, similar to that of grapefruit, is followed by a refreshing bitterness. It has a thin sake feel and is terribly drinkable. I thought it tasted similar to Kudokibe Jr. Juicy Dry.
