It goes well with meals! Although it is super dry, it also has a moderate sweetness that makes it very tasty! みつた24Milk? Lactic acid bacteria smell. Sour. Mellow. Low sweetness. Dry. Bitter taste. もけけIt really has a great melon rind feeling, as I thought when I drank it before!
It's also gassy and sharp, so it's easy to pair with meals. The rice flavor comes in later and is very satisfying 😆. みつた24It is so soft that you can gobble it up. The lightness of the oli is pleasant to the tongue. The bitterness was strong. Although it is a little low, it is 13 degrees Celsius, so it is dangerous to drink too much. shitakkeClean and fresh. It is not without a sense of alcohol, but the impression is of a light drinkable sake. What intrigued me most was the use of olive-derived yeast. As expected, I didn't have an image of olives! LOL! みつた24I see. The cemedine-like aroma is common to Senkou's sake? I have tasted three different kinds of snowballs, and they all have the same aroma. This one has a particularly strong acidity, and the sweetness and bitterness are moderate. Is this a standard Sentori sake? みつた24This is delicious. Melon aroma. It is soft and juicy. Sweet. Gentle sweetness. Light bitterness. This is delicious. It might be my favorite. The second day was also too good. I drank it very fast. This is scary. もけけIt does not have much gasiness and may be similar to Abe, which I drank the other day.
I have never heard of Ginbukiyo sake rice before, but I like its sweetness. It's not that expensive, so it's probably a good cosmetic choice.
I would like to try Back. もけけThe Genmai Junmai Ginjo I drank at the Salmon Lab was so good that I was looking for it and found a Junmai sake, so I bought it. It was a little lacking, but it was sweet and tasty enough. Takaharu AbeIt's been a long time since I've had some raw sake.
