It is so soft that you can gobble it up. The lightness of the oli is pleasant to the tongue. The bitterness was strong. Although it is a little low, it is 13 degrees Celsius, so it is dangerous to drink too much.

Clean and fresh. It has a restrained sweetness, with a white wine-like astringency and a slight acidity. There is a slight sweetness in the aftertaste. It is not without a sense of alcohol, but the impression is of a light drinkable sake. What intrigued me most was the use of olive-derived yeast. As expected, I didn't have an image of olives! LOL!

I see. The cemedine-like aroma is common to Senkou's sake? I have tasted three different kinds of snowballs, and they all have the same aroma. This one has a particularly strong acidity, and the sweetness and bitterness are moderate. Is this a standard Sentori sake?

Good balance of sweetness, bitterness and acidity. The acidity is not too assertive, even though I thought it might be more pronounced. Personally, I think it would be tasty even if it were more acidic, but the refreshing aftertaste will not be a problem with any dishes.

This, this, this. Modern sake. Sweet, fruity and tangy. A lingering bitterness. It is delicious on its own without disturbing the meal. No peculiarities. Inexpensive. Tasty. It is a good sake.

Smooth on the tongue. Silky. Sense of gas. Gentle sweetness. Light bitterness. This is delicious. It might be my favorite. The second day was also too good. I drank it very fast. This is scary.

It does not have much gasiness and may be similar to Abe, which I drank the other day. I have never heard of Ginbukiyo sake rice before, but I like its sweetness. It's not that expensive, so it's probably a good cosmetic choice. I would like to try Back.
