It has a deep sweet taste. It has a ginjo aroma, and thanks to the acidity, it has a crisp aspect and is not a little refreshing. However, it is still full-bodied and its richness comes to the fore. Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake. The specs and the actual taste were further apart than expected. It is a very drinkable cup.

Elegant and juicy♩This is definitely a delicious sake for those who like sweet sake. It has a fresh, fruity sweetness, perhaps a bit like melon, to give an example. The taste is not only fresh, but also rich and complex. It also has acidity and a fruity, tingling sensation on the tongue! According to the back of the label, Tenmei Leap No. 4 is made once every four years using ethyl caproate yeast with a gorgeous aroma, which is not usually used, and Yamada Nishiki, a type of yeast with a gorgeous aroma, to produce a sake that is both gorgeous and sweet. It is said to have a gorgeous, rich, and sweet sake quality, which is exactly what it is! This is the first batch. The second batch will be a "Nakadori Leap Go" and the third batch will be a "Hi-ire Leap Go," a special standard sake, to follow!

Thank you for your comment, Kotori! It was very tasty, so if you are a sweet-tooth, I recommend you to buy it when you see it. I used to eat it when I was a little girl when we parted, and I watched the cartoon with nostalgia.

Stylish rosé-colored Junmai-shu. Woodiness behind the slightly sour smell! The sweetness itself felt like that of junmai sake, but with the glaze of a Western-style sake. I think this is because the flavor of oak barrels has been transferred well. Still, it has a surprisingly light acidity that gives the impression of being refreshing, but is also very drinkable. A very good balance! It is different from the image of sake, but it is also delicious!

It is refreshing and full-bodied! I buy this bottle every season and it is still delicious. É This sake has a light impression thanks to the light acidity. When I put it in my mouth, I felt a soft but well-defined sweetness. It is very easy to drink! It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, which is a feature and my favorite part. It disappears nicely while leaving a lingering aftertaste. The corkage is very fine and does not affect the mouthfeel at all. The color is like lemon squash.

Sour and fresh. It is bitter with a hint of orizumi. Since it is a new sake, it has a youthful or fresh impression. There is also a slight acidity that stimulates the tongue. When opened cold, the sweetness is not so appealing. However, as time goes by, the taste settles down and there is a slight sweetness from the rice. It is best to drink it with a sweet meal. Not that it lacks sweetness, but it was actually a good match.

When the temperature rises a bit, the buds blossom! When it was too cold, I thought it was alcoholic and didn't seem to have any flavor on it. However, that did not seem to be the case as it should have been. I guess it is a slightly sweet-leaning sake with a touch of acidity and sharpness. The aftertaste is a bit bitter. Unlike my initial impression, I found it quite drinkable. The sake is made from "Rohafu," rice suitable for sake brewing, which is grown only in Nara Prefecture. This rice is also used for Nara's sake, Kaze no Mori and Mimuro Sugi. Apparently, the cultivation of this rice was once discontinued, but the Choryu Sake Brewery, which brews this sake, has worked to revive it!

Kotto Anmai ♩ It has a fresh but rich sweet taste! It also has a chili flavor, and when mixed with Ori, the balance is excellent. Will it be an active nigori? The aftertaste is surprisingly mild. The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees. The rice used is 100% Gohyakumangoku. Recommended for those who like sweet sake. The label is simple and cool!

Fresh, sweet-sour and thick sake É It has a taste reminiscent of pineapple with an acidity that stimulates the tongue, which is typical of Sono Kangiku. It is very sparkling, and even if you drink it by itself, it will make your cup of sake go further! The aftertaste is full and leaves a delicious taste on the tongue!

A sweet sake brewed in Hokkaido. The mouthfeel gives a sense of density, but the lingering aftertaste is surprisingly short and clean. It may be thanks to the light acidity. The sake has a Sake meter of -2 and an alcohol content of 16-17 degrees Celsius. The rice used is 100% Kitashizuku grown in Hokkaido. It has the image of a young sake, and I have a feeling that more flavor will come from it. I think this has high potential. ⁉︎ To be honest, there are sake from Hokkaido, but I had wondered if there was any sake worth mentioning. After drinking this, I have a feeling that in the future there will be sake from Hokkaido that will be nationally recognized. It is a complete label purchase, but I think I hit the jackpot. The real-life bear has caused real damage, but the character bear on the label looks harmless and cute. The Big Dipper is also decorated on the label, and the loose, relaxed label is also nice. After a day, it has a crisp but mild flavor!

Fruity and elegantly sweet É Lightly tingling on the tongue. I thought it was full-bodied without being too heavy. It has a moderate alcohol taste, but you can drink it refreshingly! The taste seems clearer when the sake is cold or a little closer to room temperature. As clearly stated on the shoulder label, this is Suzuden's special order.

The grapeiness in the mouth is outstanding! It is a delicious sweet ♩ It has a rich flavor, kind of full-bodied, and seems to have a deep sweetness. The rice used was Kame-no-o. The image I personally had of Kame-no-o has been dispelled. Until now, I had thought it would be a more bitter sake with restrained sweetness.

A crisp, sweet wine! The mouthfeel is sweet, but not to the point of dryness, but still sharp. Therefore, I felt that the acidity was strong. As for the sweetness, it has the image of a melon-like fruit. The sweetness gives the impression of being somewhat intense. It is light and not too strong. It is delicious without getting tired of drinking.

Sake with a hint of sweetness. It is highly carbonated. I cried because about a quarter of the bottle overflowed when I opened the bottle. It has a ricey feel to it, and I had the image of a sweet sake that was somehow not sweet. The freshness is nice.

It is a full-bodied, yet surprisingly refreshing autumn sake⁉︎ It is a sake made using the raw yeast method and has a lot of acidity. The rice used is Yamadanishiki, but the sweetness is very restrained. It is rather bitter. I felt that the higher the temperature, the more directly the flavor could be felt. I have a feeling that the flavor will be more pronounced if it is allowed to sit for a few days. According to the back of the label, it is recommended to be heated up to 50 degrees.

This sake tastes like sweet and sour berries. I thought it had a strong flavor, though it was not very acidic or rich. The aftertaste is slightly bitter or rich. It has a clean feeling. The slightly chili mouthfeel is also typical of Sono Kangiku. I haven't tried it, but I have a feeling it would go well with sweets. Sono Kangiku has different types of sake with different tastes. The one I had before reminded me of citrus and pear. The rice used is Tsurugi Aiyama, produced by farmers in Mima and Awa cities in Tokushima. The "sword" comes from Tokushima Prefecture's Mount Kenzan. It seems to be a rare rice.

A unique, gentle sweet taste. Perhaps because of its 14% alcohol content, it gives the impression of a light sake, but it is mellow and has a strong umami flavor. It is full, acidic, and somewhat bitter. Perhaps this is the "Aquarius" feeling that some people describe. I know it's just a feeling, but it gives a thick feeling on the palate.

It is limited to about 1,000 pieces, so I recommend purchasing it if you see it! It is a direct match for my taste after a long time. ♩First of all, the aroma is very elegant. If I had to say more, I would say it tastes like melon. However, it is very clear and has a beautiful and natural sweetness. It also has acidity, so it has a nice sharpness. But the aftertaste is full of elegance in the mouth. It has a very nice aftertaste. ♩I liked this so much that I would buy it again if I could find it at a liquor store! This is a must buy! Low milled rice for such a beautiful flavor. In short, it is a sake where the rice is not "so" polished. It is really just amazing! The percentage is not stated, but it feels at least as good as the ginjo specs. Furthermore, according to the back of the label, the rice polishing ratio is equivalent to that of edible rice! The brand seems to have been started in 2028, but it is a new sake, and yet it is still a rebecher! After one day, the perfection that I felt right after opening the bottle (just my personal opinion) seems to have disappeared. Well, it happens as it does. Still, it tastes good enough.

Sake with fullness and freshness. The aroma includes acidity, and of course there is acidity and sharpness. In addition to the sweetness of the rice, there is also a rich nuance of bitterness, although it is excessive to call it bitterness. It would be a good choice as a food sake. This sake was not what I expected from Tenmei. No wonder they named it "Aozora" (blue sky). Personally, I would say it is like a sunny day in midsummer with just a hint of humidity.

It is juicy yet flavorful! It's fruity and tastes melon-like in flavor, if I may use an analogy. I think there is some acidity that is light but similar to real fruit. I don't think it is a sense of maturity, but it has a strong umami flavor! It's a bit like it's not sake. This is an interesting twist on sake, and the specs are kept under wraps. The system is to find out by reading the QR code on the back of the label. There are two levels, beginner and advanced, with four questions each. The beginner's level is just the right level of difficulty, and I made a mistake on the rice used item. In the advanced level, I answered one question correctly with a Yamakan. This one was difficult!
