This seems to be the newest sake brewery in Japan. I have been looking for this sake for a long time and have not been able to find it, but I happened to come across it at a liquor store near my parents' house👏. This sake has a sweet, fruity, fresh aroma like strawberries and apples with an elegant aroma that is not too assertive. The overall flavor is powerful but soft on the palate, with a good amount of acidity on a sweet base. It is well-balanced with bitterness, making it a delicious sake. The price is a little expensive, but it was a very satisfying sake.

We had it for the first time! It has a fresh, lush aroma of watermelon and muscat, and is a light, dry sake. It has a strong taste with a nice sharpness in the second half with a strong sense of alcohol along with bitterness. It was a treat 😊.

The aroma was gently fragrant with a fresh, melon-like greenness and a ripe fruit cemedainness. It was a junmai ginjo, but the aroma was subdued. The taste is dry but mild. The sweetness and acidity are moderate and mild. We had it with sushi, as it is a hikakami that goes well with fish, and it went very well with sushi👍It was delicious as a mealtime sake. Purchased at a liquor store near my parents' home. It is a locally distributed brand of Yamawa Sake Brewery. I remember having another series of this sake and enjoying it 👍It has a refreshing and cool appearance, but the taste is very clean and easy to drink, just like water. The taste is very refreshing and easy to drink like water, with a strong sense of alcohol and sharpness in the latter half. The aroma has a hint of freshness like watermelon. The beautiful acidity characteristic of Yamawa's sake is moderately effective. It was the kind of sake I would like to drink during the hot summer months. Thank you for the treat 😊.

I had received a Junmai Ginjo from Ikki Sama some time ago. I had an impression that it was delicious, so I repeated it when I went back to my parents' house. I thought it was a delicious sake with a delicious taste of rice...especially the balance of subtle sweetness and umami was excellent 👏. Thank you very much for the treat 😁.

I have been curious about this for a long time as I have seen it posted by many of you in the Sakegawa area recently. I checked Yamazan's website to see which liquor stores carried it and got it at the second liquor store 🤗. It is a daiginjo, but the aroma is relatively mild. I really like the sweet tropical and juicy aroma reminiscent of peaches, mangoes, and pears. I like the slightly shrizzled gasiness, sweetness and beautiful acidity! It was a delicious sake with a nice shwashy carbonation and a little bitterness 😁I must try another series of this one👍!

I came across it for the first time...and it's Omachi! I had high expectations 😁. Fresh and fruity, with aromas of pineapple and strawberries, sweetness and bitterness with a strong umami flavor and acidity that comes later. The flavor is powerful, just like Omachi. It was juicy, sweet and delicious with a freshness and tingling gas feeling as if it were a fresh sake. Thank you very much for the meal!

I went to the same liquor store to repeat the dark blue label I got the other day, but unfortunately they were sold out 😭. But I found another label that just came in and bought it immediately 🤗. It has a sweet fruity aroma like pear or red ripe melon, rice aroma, and a sour fermentation like yogurt, which is well balanced. It has a slightly sour sweet flavor with just the right amount of bitterness and a nice mellow mouthfeel👍 Like the Konruri label, it has a refreshing, non-sticky sweetness that is elegant and very delicious. This sake is brewed in Kitakata, Fukushima. It is a delicious sake with a green, fresh aroma reminiscent of green apples and pears, a gaseous taste, and a good acidity with a sweet flavor center. I bought this sake on a whim, but I really liked it. The level of sake from Fukushima is very high! Thank you very much for your hospitality 😊.

This was the first time I had this sake and it was very good👍. It has a sweet aroma like pear and juicy aroma like apple or muscat. It is a sake with a good balance of sweetness, sourness and a hint of bitterness. I particularly liked the sweetness, which was assertive yet refreshing and the aftertaste was not persistent. This sake was recommended to me at a liquor store when I told them I prefer sweet sake. It has a fruity pineapple and grain aroma, and a gorgeous, juicy flavor. It was a powerful sake with a freshness like nama-zake, but with acidity, sweetness, and a bitterness in the latter half. It was a treat 😊.

My favorite glass broke and I purchased a tin drinking glass. I heard that tin sake cups give a mellow taste, and I would like to continue to enjoy delicious sake with my new sake cups. Now for the purple space. As usual, I had a hard time opening the bottle😓. Fresh fruity aroma like green flesh melon or blue banana, not so strong and elegant. A beautiful sake with a well-balanced sweetness. Slightly sweet and sour, the sourness became more pronounced than the sweetness after 2 days of storage. It was delicious. Thank you for the sake 😄.

My wife and son got this as a souvenir from a visit to Ibaraki🎵. A fragrant sake with juicy notes of apple, pear, and melon. The rice flavor is strong, the sweetness is moderate, and the alcohol is strong and powerful. The bitterness comes into play in the latter half and seems to tie the whole thing together, and the acidity is moderate. The name is unique, but it was a delicious sake. Thank you for the treat 😀.

It's an eye-catching, flashy label 😵. If the back label says "A must drink for omatists," you can't afford not to drink it. It has a gorgeous juicy fruity aroma with a slightly sour strawberry and pineapple flavor. The fruity aroma is matched by a full-bodied sweetness like honey and a fruity sour taste. The bitterness and umami were detected in the latter half of the taste. The rich flavor made me wonder if it is better suited to be drunk leisurely after a meal than as a mid-meal drink. This is my first time drinking Akabu at home. Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Aizan were lined up at the liquor store, but being a self-confessed omatologist, I bought Omachi without hesitation. It has a gorgeous, juicy aroma like grapes and strawberries, with a strong sweetness and acidity, and the umami of the rice is also fully apparent.
