Nabeshima純米吟醸 五百万石 生酒

It's been a while since I've had Nabeshima-san... I heard that the orange label of Gohyakumangoku is only available as a raw sake. According to the sake brewer, it is brewed with Gohyakumangoku and has a slightly dry and refreshing taste!
The aroma is juicy and fruity like a ripe apple or red melon, and the taste is fermented like yogurt. It was slightly spicy with a clean taste as the liquor store said, and although I could feel the alcohol, it was not unpleasant and the balance was as expected from Nabeshima-san 👏.
