The aroma is gorgeous, as is typical of daiginjos, with a light, juicy, fruity aroma of strawberries and pineapple. It was an easy drinking sake with strong acidity and alcohol, moderate sweetness, no cloying taste, and a clean aftertaste. It was a treat 😊.
