I wanted to try Sagami once, so I contacted the brewery to find out which stores carried it and learned about it from their website. I found out on their website when I contacted the brewery to ask them to tell me where I could purchase the sake.
It has a gorgeous aroma with various fruity sensations like apple, pineapple, pear, and strawberry, as well as a sweet vanilla-like aroma. The sweetness and acidity were a bit strong, and the bitterness and rice flavor were well-balanced and firm, with a carbonation-like tingling sensation and an alcohol feeling at the end. After a day, the acidity became milder and the overall impression was more rounded. Although it is alky, it is not unpleasant, and I got the impression that it was added on purpose to enhance the aroma. It was a delicious sake with a complex, mellow aroma and well-balanced flavor that could be drunk forever. It was a treat 😄.
