I've been curious about this electric chrysanthemum every time I see a rave comment on your post, and now I have it...
I got it with high expectations 😁.
It had a strong juicy aroma of honey apple, strawberry syrup, and a little pineapple, and the taste was sweet and sour, with a little bitterness in the latter half. The taste was sweet and sour with a slight bitterness in the second half. It was a juicy, sweet and delicious sake with a shwashy feeling that lived up to everyone's rave comments.
I really wanted to try the ogara-mi, but I couldn't get it this time... 😓I'm sure it will be even more delicious with the added sweetness and umami of the rice peculiar to ogara-mi, and I hope I can meet it next year!
