I had previously had Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki Jungin, both of which I remember being delicious, and I recently saw it at my favorite liquor store and decided to repeat it!
It has a fruity aroma of apples and pears, and a slight fermentation feeling like yogurt. It has a sweet mouthfeel, a little sourness, and a strong umami flavor. It has a good balance between a pleasant sweetness that comes at first and a refreshing spiciness in the second half. The aroma is mild without being too strong, and the alcohol is mild and easy to drink. Thank you for the sake.
